Welcome to our delightful 3 bedroom detached villa Casa Emilia in La Capellania (Tamaragua). The villa is approximately 30 minutes by car from the airport using the newly completed dual carriageway. Situated on a quiet residential estate 5 minutes by taxi or bus (one stop) from Corralejo.

The spacious lounge and dining area offer an abundance of space to relax and is fully equipped with recent upgrades of 300Mb internet/Wi-fi , 55” Smart TV with Netflix,Youtube and PrimeVideo Apps (subscriptions required) there is also Satellite TV from the Astra satellite with an array of channels in different languages and UK channels. There is a DVD player with the ability to watch from USB plus a selection of dvds. A Bluetooth speaker system and an Amazon Alexa dot (for all those important questions!) There is a selection of books and games available for you to enjoy as well as a play station with games.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, new oven, new microwave, new kettle and toaster, slow cooker, toastie maker (our daughter’s request!) and for those coffee lovers a nespresso machine and cafetière.

The 3 bedrooms are arranged with the master having a double bed with in-built wardrobes and newly refurbished en-suite with walk-in rainfall shower..

Bedroom 2 consists of 2 singles (which can be pushed together if required) and built in wardrobes and safe.

Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds plus wardrobes.

All bedrooms have ceilings fans and there is a hairdryer for each bedroom.

The family bathroom has full bath with new thermostatic shower above.

The outside area has a 5mx2.5m pool which has recently been fully refurbished, the pool is also heated by a solar heating matrix, the additional 6 person hot tub allows guests to while away the nights under the stars in complete privacy. The al fresco dining area has a new BBQ.

There is a washing machine in the outdoor annexe.

La Capellania has a supermarket, cafe/bar and Italian restaurant a few minutes walk from villa.

The town of Corralejo is 5 minutes away by car or bus and has a wide range of bars & restaurants, waterpark and amazing beaches with watersports.

The villa is ideal for families and couples and as a base to explore the island

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kirsty (the owner) a message.

If Kirsty (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
