About the home

Marvida Villa (Leaving in the Sea Villa) was designed for a family and/or a group peaceful STAY. It is a very well furnished house with its three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of them en-suite), and a fully equipped kitchen.

Outside you can enjoy an arched COVERED swimming pool, large veranda with garden furniture, flower garden area, sun roof-terrace with splendid views to pools and gardens, BBQ and car park. All this is for the exclusive use of our residents. You will find more detailed information in the “Facilities” section below.

Up to 10 guests can be taken through a combined accommodation. Please ask me for more details.

* NO STAIRS inside. Outside just a few steps to go up to the sun roof-terrace.

COVERED swimming-pool in autumn-winter-spring: The pool is equipped with a translucent polycarbonate cover. It is of vaulted design and keeps the water temperature. Features: * Safety: You can lock up the cover, thus keeping toddlers away from falling into the water. * Clean: It also prevents water being dirtied by falling dust and dead leaves into the water * Comfort: Its arched design allows you swimming even when the cover is fully extended and shut. * Environmentally friendly: solar radiation only.
Steps to get in and, from 1,3 m to 1,6 m deep.

This complex is both residential and for holidaymakers but it is not crowded. So it is very good indeed to be relaxed and feel at your ease.

“Corralejo Marvida Apartment - Our great choice: location & amenities - as promised” Good location, fabulous view from the living room window and from terrace-balcony - as from pictures from the advert, plus - you can watch a sun rice almost every morning. By the way, we've also watched fireworks arranged in the old town (end of carnival week) from the same balcony. And you will get really A LOT of pictures from the owner in advance. There are 2 big and 1 for kids clean swimming pools with salty water in the oasis area. The apartment is really very good equipped, but, on my view it's better to rent a car in advance (on the internet, from home). In case if you are elderly person or have some moving disability - please, consult the owner, if the apartment would be suitable for you - that's a first floor apartment. Your comment is very reliable as it discribes the property as it really is: fabulous views - in addition, you were lucky you could watch the carnival firworks from the apartment balcony-terrace - clean salted-water swimming-pools and not crowded at all and a properly maintained complex. We try to improve things and we are buying light-read books (English, French, Spanish) to relax while on a sun-bed at the pools area or at night in a sofa. You have not mentioned our large brand-new Samsung TV set but it is onother asset. It is equipped with dish aerial to catch international channels in many different languages, including Russian, Polish and nearby country languages. Besides, a new sun-umbrella will be fitted in the apartment balcony. To summerize, you will always be welcome when you decide to come back: it will be an honour for us to have you back. “Spacious villa, within walking distance to central of town” 20 minute walk from centre of corralejo. Villa was well equiped. Chose this villa as all facilities of oasis papagyo hotel were at your disposal. Disappointed at the lack of restaurants and facilities as many were closed. However, villa had an excellent pool. Response: Dear Mandy, thanks very much for your good review. I am sorry for your disappointment for the lack of restaurants. I suppose you mean the restaurants within the complex. In fact, there are two - “Tiffany's” and ”La Parrilla” - just 200 metres o so away from the villa at the Tamarindo roundabout. Anyway, I am very happy to read you would recommend the location to your best friend and that it was good value for the price paid, apart that the private pool is excellent. I feel your overall impression is favourable and, if you come back in future you will certainly get a discount. “Lucky with my choice” I have come with my wife, my son and his wife and my two grand-children. There is room enough in the house for us all. The little boys have been happy in the private pool. The house provides all the necessary to manage all right even for a long stay. The roof-terrace is perfect for taking the sun intimately. The hotel facilities are fantastic for all ages with beautiful gardens and large swimming-pools and sport courts. The booking arrangements have been very easy with the owner always ready to give all kind of information. On the whole it is very likely that we come back Response: Dear guest. “great stay for a relaxing holiday” We spent our second time in corralejo and we had a very relaxing holiday. The house is very very spacious, the rooms are really big. The kitchen provides everything what a family need ( dishwasher, washing machine, Microwave,...). Satellite TV, flatscreen and DVD is there for amuzement. We did enjoy the pool with its pool cover. It hold the water warm and the wind outside. The possibility to use any facility of the Oasis Papagayo hotel is a big Plus ! We will come back - for sure !

“Very nice villa” We stayed one week in november in villa Marvida. The villa was very nice and clean with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The door in the backyard to the Oasis Papagayo complex was very handy. You have the privacy of your own villa combined with the extra's of a big hotel-complex. If we come another time to Fuerteventura I would book this villa again.

“Value villa in a good location” The villa is approximately 10- 15 mins walk from town or a 5 Euro taxi ride. The furnishings are a little tired and the walls bore testament to previous occupiers' battles with mosquitos. The bedrooms are good size doubles and the bathrooms well appointed. The patio and pool area is adequately spacious but the big bonus is the direct (free) access to the very large pools complex directly out the garden gate. Small supermarkets/bars are within 100 metres and the larger Campanerio complex a 5 minute walk. The owner is friendly and very helpful. Response: I have already thanked the reviewer for his feedback. I must say that his stay took place one year ago, in August 2010, and many improvements have been made in the property. Say, among others, a polycarbonate cover for the private swimming-pool to keep it clean, free of leaves and insects as well as to keep water warmer in autumn-winter and spring time. Also a modern flat TV with satellite aerials covering main European countries. The house has also received a good coat of paint, and so on. I emphsyse I am grateful to Bob for his testimonial.
