Una encantadora Casa Rural en el pueblo blanco Competa Malaga.

Ubicada en una zona tranquila, a cinco minutos en coche desde el pueblo blanco de Cómpeta, con fácil acceso asfaltado y sin tráfico

Esta casa cuenta con dos dormitorios ,cuarto de baño con plato de ducha y una sala de estar de planta abierta y cocina .

El salón tiene aire acondicionado ,chimenea de pellets ,televisión española y satélite Astra ,ventilador en el techo.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con horno , inducción, lavavajillas, nevera / congelador / cafetera , jarra hervidora ,,microondas, batidora , exprimidor , tostador y plancha electrica etc..... Con ventiladores en cada habitación y en una de ellas hay televisión española y satélite ,Secador de pelo , mesa de planchar , plancha .Por fuera es una gran terraza cubierta con ventales de cristales para los días de invierno para poder disfrutar de las vistas con una chimenea de leña , piscina privada , barbacoa con terraza soleada y buenas vistas. Zona de cocina al aire libre

Las vistas desde aquí son fantásticas. También hay una sala de lavandería. Amplio estacionamiento cubierto y al aire libre con capacidad de hasta cinco coches.

La chimena es de pellet y el cliente lo tendria que compra o decirle al propietario que lo compre tiene un coste 5 € el saco y el cliente lo tendría que abonar en efectivo aliniciar la estancia.

Se admite mascosta bajo peticion tiene un coste por mascota y estancia de 30€ ,el cual seria pagado en efectivo al propietario al iniciar la estancia.

Se puede poner una cama supletoria bajo petición y tiene un coste adicional de 20 € por día de la estancia y seria abonado al propietario en efectivo.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Isabel (the owner) a message.

If Isabel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
