*Villa Amarilla is also the perfect private getaway for couples and a great winter getaway for the over 60s where you can relax and enjoy Spain's warmer winter climate.

*Both double and king bedrooms enjoy access to the outside top balcony with fantastic mountain and country views.
*Extra guest's on ground floor enjoy an air-conditioned lounge with double sofa bed and have access to their own full sized bathroom on same floor with seperate shower and toilet.

*Hair dryers in all bedrooms so need to squeeze one in the suit case!

*30% non-refundable booking deposit of the villa rental rate is required from you once you have received our confirmation email and booking form copy, we accept bank transfers or paypal transfers any fees charged are to be paid by you.
*Returnable £150 Security deposit is required and is to be included with your final payment 8 weeks before arrival, this will then be refunded after the villa check on your departure day and will be refunded through PayPal or if you or anyone in your party hold a HSBC bank account will be refunded to that provided there are no breakages or damages.
*Only people named on our copy of the booking form will be permitted to stay at the villa during your stay. Guests names can be added before final payment is due but must be emailed to us and confirmed by us, any guest amendments made after final payment has been made an admin fee of 30 euros will be charged and payable to greeter on arrival.
*English-speaking representative is on hand to answer any questions on arrival and during your stay if needed.
*Master key safe box with key code entry for late evening arrivals and returning guest's (Key code is emailed to you once final payment is received, your greeter will check you in the following day at midday.
*Directions from Malaga airport will also be emailed to you on final payment.
*Welcome pack available ready on arrival 20 euros payable to greeter (Details of welcome pack on request)
*Shopping service available for 1-2 week rental (email shopping list to us) Greeter will do the shop, deliver and unpack ready for your arrival 40 euros + cost of shopping this is payable to greeter.

*We want all our gests to be happy with their villa choice so you are welcome to email us with your enquirys and questions anytime, if you then decide that you wish to book with us you will need to email us again confirming you wish to proceed and book your requested villa dates this will be your confirmation to us, we will email you back with a completed booking form copy with the details you will have provided us with, you will then be required to pay a non-refundable 30% booking fee of the villa rental rate which is to secure your booking with us. On receipt of booking payment we will email you to confirm your booking and to confirm your payment.
*Refundable security deposit of £150 required and to be included with final payment, to be refunded within 48hrs of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). This will be refunded through secure paypal or bank transfer.
*Final payment will be due 8 weeks before arrival at the villa in GB Sterling or Euros, £150 refundable damage deposit is to be included with final payment.
*No Smoking is not permitted inside of the villa, you are of course welcome to smoke outside areas, ashtrays provided..

The Costa del Sol is one of the most popular tourist destinations with its beaches and coves hidden amongst cliffs, leisure marinas and fishing ports.
Its great diversity means that it has something to offer just about everyone - young, old, families there is entertainment and variety to please all types of holiday goer and visitor. Do you fancy a day at the water park or beach, or maybe go shopping for sourornirs and postcards or just relax and unwind and take it slow the choice is yours!
Sampling traditional local Spanish dishes, tapas and wines are some of the temptations awaiting you. Malaga is a must for shopping you can visit the picasso musum or the Cathedral why not take a bus tour.

At Villa Amarilla we have a welcome folder with places to visit, things to do and lots of other useful info for you to use during your stay. Your greeter will give you written details of local places with local shops/bars and restaurants opening and closing times on arrive (Directions included)

*Villa Amarilla is located just under a 3 min drive and under 10 min walk from the village of Los Ventorros here you will find a Spanish bar/restaurant and a local cafe/shop bit of an aladdings cave selling local produce as well as crafts and morrocan items for sale.
*Villa Amarilla is situated only a short 4 min drive to the peaceful and attractive village of Comares, this pretty white washed village is one of a few untouched by tourism and best kept secrets. Comares is quiet and peaceful. You will find the local coviran supermarket in Comares where you can buy freshly baked bread each morning and stock up on any items that you need. Located in Comares square is a tobaconist where you can buy cheaper cigarettes, tobacco etc. 2 banks and a pharmacy . There are also local bars and reasonably priced local Spanish restaurants for eating out.
*Comares area is beautiful and unspoilt with fantastic mountain views of the surrounding countryside, here at Villa Amarilla you can relax and unwind and forget some of the stresses and strains of normal daily life. Many of the excellent tourist attractions and shops are only a 35 minute to 1 hrs drive away such as Velez-Malaga water park great day out for the kids June to September, Torre Del Mar beach and shopping center. Nerja beaches, shopping, restaurants and the Sunday flee market and Malaga city center where you can experience some of the great tapas bars! The cathedral, picasso musum, the fantastic food market and much more. Why not go celeb spotting at Puerta Banusin Marbella for the day. Visit Gibralta for duty free 2 hrs drive, or the Alambra Palace in Granada, the choice is yours!

TAXI TRANSFERS: Malaga AGP to Villa
The average cost for a taxi transfer from Malaga airport to the villa is approx 100 Euros + for a single journey and 200 Euros + for a return journey, maximum 4 persons to 1 taxi.
There are lots of companys that will be happy to give you a free quote by email or phone, we advise you book this in advance before your arrival, we also advise that you email 2-3 companysfirst to compare prices before booking your airport transfer and make sure you tell them how many passengers there are in total (prices quoted are usually for 4 passengers per taxi, however they can also give you a quote for a larger number of passengers. (Ask for a quote from Malaga airport to Comares (49km) from airport.

Villa rental rates are priced for 2, 6 or 8 Persons + 3 infants under 2 years of age. However we can if requested accommodate up to 10 Adults/Children (Infants under 2 not included as they will be sleeping in a cot or additional travel cots) The extra person/s can be added to your booking for an additional rental rate of £50 per person per week. Note: The extra person/s will be accommodated using the double sofa bed or air-bed in the air-conditioned lounge located on the ground floor (extra guest's will have access to a second full sized bathroom with separate shower and toilet located on the same floor.
A returnable security deposit of £150 will need to be included with your final payment 8 weeks before arrival.
INFANTS: There is NO CHARGE for 1st cot (Linen provided) 2 x highchairs provided free. 2 x Travel cots are available to hire for 15 euros each per week (Linen provided) This can be arranged and paid to greeter on your arrival.
All prices quoted for stays of 1,2 and 3 week's (INCLUDE) electric and water, no extra will be charged for these services at the end of your stay.
Special lower rental rates available for couples from (Nov to April) SEE OUR RENTAL RATES 2 PERSONS For details. Please add £50 for Easter and Christmas holidays.

We offer winter letting during the months between (Nov to March) these months will be at a reduced rate using a monthly rate (please email us for rates and details) PLEASE NOTE for stays of 1 month or more: The electric and water rates (will not be included) in the quoted monthly price these are metered by the electric and water company and are paid monthly (you only pay for what you use).
Easter and Christmas holidays please add £50 to the rental rate cost.
