This 3 storey villa comprises :-

Ground floor
Large bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with wash basin,w/c and shower.

Middle floor
Large open plan living/dining room with 3 piece leather suit and dining table for up to 8 persons. Satellite TV with dvd and music centre with radio/cd player. There is not internet/wifi available in the Villa.

Double patio doors leading to large 1st floor balcony with stunning sea views (double aspect)

Open plan fully equipped kitchen including, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave, toaster and all usual dining facilities.

Balcony – with patio table and 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers.

Top floor
Main bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with washbasin, w/c and bath with shower attachments. Double aspect sea views.

Bedroom 3 – twin bedded room with balcony overlooking the sea.

Main bathroom - with washbasin w/c and shower.

He island is well served with both schedule,charter and holiday carriers to both Larnaca and Paphos airports (a new larger terminal in Paphos opened in November 2008).

Paphos is the nearest airport to all properties from between 20 to 45 minutes depending upon the property. Flights into Larnaca would add a bit longer to your journey time - probably around 1hour 15 minutes, depending on time of day.
