A pochi passi dal paese di Castiglion Fiorentino. Antico casale di origini contadine dove al piano terra si possono ancora ammirare le antiche stalle. Situato in posizione panoramica a 1,5 km dal paese di Castiglion Fiorentino che si può raggiungere anche a piedi. Castiglion Fiorentino è uno dei paesi più rinomati della Valdichiana ed è dotato di negozi ristoranti e servizi di ogni genere, ed offre importanti manifestazioni culturali, folkloristiche ed enogastronomiche durante tutto l'anno. Casale di origini contadine risalente ai primi dell'800. Il casale, che dalla struttura e dai materiali usati per la sua costruzione si può far risalire ai primi dell'800, fin dai primi di questo secolo è stato punto di riferimento per manifestazioni folkloristiche ed in particolare i terreni adiacenti venivano utilizzati come poligono di tiro. Si mirava su dei tirassegni dalla distanza di circa 300 metri, da qui il caratteristico nome della villa. Sul posto anche una antichissima, piccola cantina con una volta del 1600 dove, su richiesta, sarà possibile degustare vino ed olio di produzione biologica certificata dell'azienda. La piscina a sfioro, il giardino e il campo da tennis. Intorno al casale un ampio giardino ricco di olivi secolari di circa 1 ettaro interamente recintato di 16.000 m2 con rete di 1,25mt di altezza, dove si trovano la bella piscina a sfioro (dim. 6 x12- profondità 1,40 - aperta dal 01 Maggio al 30 Settembre), alcuni giochi per bambini ed un pozzo con acqua potabile. A disposizione degli ospiti anche un campo da tennis privato che si trova a circa 800 m. di distanza da utilizzare in comune con gli ospiti di altre due ville: VILLA DEGLI OLIVI e COLLINA DEI FIORI. La villa è al 100% adatta agli animali. PIANO PRIMO: con ingresso da scala esterna (5 scalini) su piccolo disimpegno, due camere matrimoniali, bagno con doccia, ampio e luminoso soggiorno-pranzo con camino, divani e ampio angolo cottura, accesso a terrazzo panoramico arredato con tavolo, panche e ombrellone per mangiare fuori. Camera matrimoniale con camino e bagno privato con doccia, camera matrimoniale con bagno privato con doccia. PIANO TERRA: porticato attrezzato con tavolo e sedie, antiche stalle con mangiatoie e pavimenti in pietra originali e tavolo e panche per rilassarsi al fresco, stanza lavanderia. IN DOTAZIONE: frigorifero con congelatore, forno, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, moka, macchina da caffè americano, tostapane, ferro e asse da stiro, aspirapolvere, seggiolone per bambini, ventilatori a soffitto, asciugacapelli, TV satellitare, barbecue, forno a legna, altalena, scivolo, dondolo, connessione Internet Wi-Fi, aria condizionata.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
