Baby/toddler friendly - extra features i.e. locks on windows, hand-rails on stairs, mesh on balconies. Each has a private garden with lockable gates, decked seating area, own garden furniture. A vast assortment of restaurants and bars are within walking distance, as are shops, expanses of golden sandy beaches, spectacular sea walks and everything else the resort has to offer. The three bedroom property is set out as follows:
There is a double bedroom with king-size bed, twin bedroom and main bathroom (with bath/shower, bidet, and sink.) on the first floor. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with second dining area, and separate WC. Most rooms are fitted with ceiling fans, but there is also air conditioning in the upper part of the house. The third bedroom, on the lower ground floor, is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. 3 bedroom property options- second living area or large corner garden area.
The televisions offer UK TV channels 1-5 and are for use with a DVD or video player and (need to take own videos/DVDs, as mainly only children’s videos, and a small selection of DVDs currently available).
Our Meet and Greet service means you will be met on your arrival at the property and be given the keys to the property. Pam will be happy to provide you with information on the area and she will be your emergency port of contact should you require assistance during your stay.
One set of towels per person and bedding per room are provided. There will be a mid-stay laundry change for two-week bookings, but further laundry services can be provided on request, at an extra charge. However, the properties do have their own washing machine.

There is a private garden accessed through the kitchen patio doors, with lockable gates, decked seating area, own table and chairs, and sunloungers which can be take out by the pool for the duration of your holiday, and fixed clothes dryer. A barbeque is available upon request.
The private complex consisting of a closed rectangle of 48 houses, offers a centrally located heated pool (rectangle with deep and shallow end), poolside showers, and landscaped gardens, which can all be accessed via the individual house private gardens.
A £100 holding fee is required with your booking form to secure your booking. We do provisionally hold dates should you require time to arrange flights etc.
The outstanding balance is required 6 weeks before your arrival date. We also require a £150 key deposit one month prior to travel, which will be returned (subject to satisfactory inspection on your departure) within 2 weeks of you leaving the property.
Payment accepted: bank transfer, Paypal, credit/debit card (stirling/euro), and cheque (£ only)
Changeover day is flexible. If guests are leaving on a changeover day they must vacate the property by 10am, and if arriving on a changeover day, then they can only have access after 2pm. In either case provision can be made for your luggage.
The Fuerteventura region
Fuerteventura is only a 4 hour flight journey from the UK, and yet it offers sun for most of the year (across the sea from Africa). It's constant breeze makes it a great summer location too, as this takes the edge of the heat in mid-summer.
It offers some of the most beautiful beaches in Europe, and is known for it's water-sports and golf courses.
Caleta de Fuste
The resort is well situated for exploration of the rest of the island, and is approx. a 35 mins drive to the north of the island, which offers- sand dunes, water park, and ferry services to Lanzarote. Approx 45 mins to the south of the island to the zoo and botanical gardens, which are on the way to Jandia's spectacular beaches, known for hosting professional water sport events.
Caleta de Fuste offers a wide variety of recreational activities, which are all within walking distance from the complex. The marina offers the Oceanarium, daily boat trips, and many water sport facilities. The 18 hole PGA golf course with club hire facilities, is within a 5 min drive. The shopping plaza offering a ten-pin bowling alley, Spar supermarket and more can be reached by a walk along the beach as can the established Wellness-Center. The vast assortment of restaurants, cater for families with children of all ages.
Within a 10 mins stroll, the large expanse of sandy beaches with shallow waters are ideal for both children to play and those looking to relax in solitude by the sea. Also within walking distance a little further along are the beautiful newly created man-made beaches and coves. There's fishing and diving opportunities, daily boat trips and many water sport facilities. The island is also well-known for its vast expanse of unspoilt sand dunes in the north and beautiful beaches in the south.
The PGA golf course with club hire facilities, is within a 5 mins drive. The course is an 18-hole par 70 of 6,078 metres from the championship tees, with two loops of 9 holes starting and finishing at the clubhouse.
The practise facilities include a 50 bay driving range (50 balls cost around 3 euros), a large putting green and a second green for chipping and bunker shots.
The course offers a pay and play facility and has buggies, trolleys and two classes of clubs for hire.
The golf course is situated opposite the Atlantico Shopping and Leisure Centre. This is a few minutes drive from the complex and can be reached by the 'free bus service' which operates from just outside our complex and stops at several locations including the shopping centre and golf course.

"A brilliant family holiday!"

We are informed by our pool maintenance team, that between October and April, the thermostat sets in to keep the pool from dropping below 24C, but I can see how in the cooler months this may still feel chilly. We are really pleased that you had a fantastic time, and that both the resort and the accommodation met your needs, and we really look forward to having you stay with us again in the future.

"First family holidays"
We had a great first family holidays with my wife and two kids(one 2 years old and second 6 months).Apartment and whole area is absolutely beautiful and very quite.Many toys,books was waiting for our 2 years old son,but the best thing was swimming pool for him anyway :D
Apartment was very clean,stairs gates,windows safety locks,everything for kids safety.Markets just few minutes walk with everything what necessary and beautiful beach with bars and restaurants.
We didn`t try all activities,mostly because of kids age,but we are sure that we will be back when kids will grow up a little bit and then try everything what Caleta de Fuste has in offer :)
