About the home

Villa Rossi is a luxurious detached villa, situated beside the clubhouse of the magnificent 18 hole golf course in Caleta de Fuste. It has a large roof terrace with views overlooking the golf course to the sea and its own heated swimming pool surrounded by a spacious patio area to help get that perfect tan!

If you like a break from the sun the main living room is fully air conditioned and all bedrooms have ceiling fans. The villa sleeps up to 9 people in comfort and is furnished to a very high standard.

A beautiful child friendly beach is 2km away located beside the Atlantico Shopping centre, bars and restaurants. Caleta de Fuste is only 15 mins from the airport of Fuerteventura, so you can be in the villa, very soon after you land!

All bedrooms are furnished with fitted wardrobes and all have fitted ceiling fans.
Bedroom 1. with lockable safe, Double bed and En suite Bathroom.
Bedroom 2. Twin beds / Bedroom 3. Double bed. / Bedroom 4. has a single bed and a large bunk bed.

Lounge/dining room with satellite TV (BBC, UTV, CH4).
DVD/CD player, Playstation2 with 6 games, Kids board games, remote controlled air conditioning.

Patio doors lead to covered terrace and pool/patio area.

Villa Rossi has its own 8.5m x 4m private heated swimming pool with Roman steps leading you into the water. The pool has a rollable solar cover which can be used to keep the heat in, when not in use.

The large Terrace/Patio areas include Sun loungers, large table and chairs, sun parasol and barbecue.
There is a poolside shower for your convenience.

The stairway to the side of the villa leads to the Roof Sun Terrace with views over the Golf course to the sea which is ideal for very private sun bathing.

The Mature Gardens are professionally landscaped.

All linen and bath towels are provided, including one beach towel per preson,
There is a washing machine in Villa-Rossi, so towels can be freshened up during your stay!
If you are using our travel cot, we ask you simply bring your own bedding. Maid service is once a week. Additional cleaning services are extra.

The villa will be available from 14:00 on the first day of the rental period (unless otherwise agreed).
The villa must be vacated by 10:00 on the last day of the rental period (unless otherwise agreed).

A refundable deposit of £150 to cover damage / breakages will also be due upon confirmation of the booking, and will be returned to the client after the holiday, assuming that no damages or breakages occurred.

The Fuerteventura region

Fuerteventura is the 2nd largest of the Canary Islands, offering over 285 kilometres of unspoilt coastline and many of the world's most beautiful beaches.

The average daytime temperature in Fuerteventura remains constant at around 20°C all year round, which obviously is a huge attraction for the holiday makers!
The water temperature ranges between 17°C and 23°C, the coldest time being January and February and the hottest August and September.

We have some of the best surfing, windsurfing and kite surfing facilities available in Europe plus great diving opportunities within the clear blue waters around Fuerteventura. Plus of course, for the golfers amongst you, we have a championship 18-hole Golf Course directly across from our villa!

Inland, Fuerteventura also offers beautiful mountain scenery and great opportunities for nature lovers and outdoor pursuits enthusiasts. The terrain is particularly suited to off-road motor sports and there are excellent bike, quad and 4x4 tours and excursions within Fuerteventura.

The Caleta de Fuste / Campo de Golfe area

The village of Caleta has man made beach which has been carefully constructed to avoid currents and is in the shape of a horse shoe.

This ensures it is perfectly safe for children of all ages. Those wanting to be a little more adventurous can go diving, hire jet skis or learn to windsurf at the water centre on the beach. The harbour is home to many yachts, catamarans and boats which provide local trips as well as providing a beautiful backdrop in the evenings.

A complimentary shuttle bus service is available between the golf course hotel, the resort of Caleta De Fuste and the newly opened shopping mall.

In the Harbour there is a feeding area, where the children can feed the many fish there.
For the "Shoppaholic" there is a street market every Saturday in Caleta.

Villa Rossi is located beside the 5 Star Elba Clubhouse of the Championship 18 hole course.

Fly to Fuerteventura airport.
Cheap flights are available from www.thomsonfly.com. or Ryanair

The town of Caleta de Fuste is 15 mins drive south from the airport.
Car hire available from www.easycar.com.

Complimentary bus leaves from Golf Clubhouse (beside the villa) to Caleta town every half hour.
Local Taxis to Caleta cost 5 euro from villa ,and, 3 euro from Taxi rank in town, back to the villa.

“excellent villa on a excellent resort” villa was home from home, my wife and i stayed here with our 6 children aged between 17 months and 16 years, something for everyone to do, pool was great we had it heated for our youngest , our electric went off once but somebody soon came out to sort it, this is such a great villa to stop in if you want a holiday in fuerteventura

Just to say that we are very impressed with Villa Rossi - it was just
as we hoped it would be. We had a great holiday, the weather was very good with warm sunshine

We would just like to say that, we'd had a really fun and relaxing holiday. Villa Rossi was really comfortable with great space inside and out and the swimming pool was really fantastic. Our 3 year old son learnt to swim in the pool! We all agreed that it was one of the best family holidays we have ever had. CLAIRE

We all had a really great holiday !! Everything was faultless,from the extra food and drink waiting for us on our arrival,through to the taxis which Ronnie had arrange for our return to airport. The sun shone every day and we all took full advantage of the excellent facilities ...and just relaxed and enjoyed ourselves.
We will definitely recommend Villa Rossi to all our friends....and hope to return ourselves another year Many thanks for all your care and attention.

The pool is heated from Nov - March inclusive. Pool heating can be arranged outside these months at a charge of £50 Per week.

There is a charge of 50stg per week for the living rooms air-Conditioning, this can be arranged on your arrival if you decide to go ahead with this! All rooms are fitted with Ceiling fans, so not all guests request this.

There is a complimentary welcome pack placed in the villa for your arrival which inc (bread, Milk,water, tea, coffee etc.)
