From the owner

My house is located in Chiusure, a village in the middle of Crete Senesi. The house has a stunning view on Monteoliveto abbey from the master room and have a small space outdoor for a bench and a table. Self check in and check out and easy parking in the street above, for free. Pets allowed.

Local law requires a tourist tax of 1 Eur per person and per day. Under 12 don't pay.

    Claudio, every remark is well-accepted but: I've noticed you the presence of temporary restyling works close to my home 3 weeks before your arrival, offering the cancellation of your stay if this could harass you: you write to me that was not a problem for you. Secondly, I've prompted renew my wi fi subscription when it has expired and you've reported to me. I find that your review is unfair, totally.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    If Cristiano (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
