Villa Morrin is spacious, well furnished and equipped to the highest standards. Our villa is just 200 metres from Nissi Beach, probably the most famous on Cyprus with it's enticing white sand, clear turquoise water and abundant water sports; also towards Ayia Thekla, within a 10 minute walk of the villa are the quieter but equally beautiful and stunning white sandy beaches of Landa and Makronisos. Our detached villa is 98 m2 in area on a large 266 m2 plot and is in the quieter part of Ayia Napa and yet only a few minutes stroll from the excellent local shops, supermarket, bars and restaurants; the main square of Ayia Napa with it's cosmopolitan clubs and bars is just a 5 minute taxi ride away.

The private tiled pool, which catches the sun all day from late morning, has steps leading down into the shallow end; ideal for children. Wine and dine al fresco on the rear patio beside the pool, a perfect reason to use our traditional Cypriot charcoal barbecue, watching the sunset in the evening. Grab a cold drink and retreat from the heat of the day under the cool Bougainvillea shaded pergola. With one double, one twin bedroom and a double sofa bed the villa is ideal for families, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with extra wardrobe space on the landing outside the bedrooms; there are plenty of activities in the surrounding area for you to see and do during your holiday.

Lots of our guests come to Cyprus to attend weddings, they tell us that they prefer to chill out and get ready for the wedding in the more spacious and relaxed atmosphere of our villa than in a hotel bedroom. Our villa is the perfect location for a wedding, ideally situated near to all the most popular wedding hotels in the area. The Nissi Beach, the Aeneas and Adams Beach Hotels are all within a 5 minute walk; the Olympic Lagoon and Dome Hotels are a short taxi ride away.

The rear patio and pool deck area have been fenced off for extra privacy and there is a pergola at the side of the house where you can relax in the shade of the spectacular Bougainvillea, having a glass or two of the excellent local wine. We have provided a large table and parasol with 6 chairs for alfresco dining and 6 sunbeds around the pool for sun worshippers; there is also a traditional cypriot charcoal barbecue. The Famagusta District

The Famagusta district is on the East coast of Cyprus and it was once the main port of Cyprus and a popular holiday destination. After the Turkish invasion in 1974 Protaras and Ayia Napa were re-developed into the modern family resorts of today. Paralimni is the largest town in the area and is the administration centre of the Famagusta region. Here in Paralimni you can find the traditional Cypriot lifestyle with the tall Venetian style houses, old churches and backgammon games in the coffee shops contrasted with the modern shops around the old square. The weather is typically mediterranean with long hot summers and mild winters and the peak holiday season stretches from April to November.

Ayia Napa

Ayia Napa has suffered from a bad press in the past but now the resort has cleaned up it's act and developed into a great family resort with plenty of activities and entertainment. Fantastic beaches and a good selection of excellent, family orientated restaurants and bars keep visitors returning year after year. Nissi Beach is probably the most famous beach on Cyprus with it's golden sands and clear water. There are plenty of water sports and restaurants on the beach, so you can stay all day and have activities and refreshment at hand. A few kilometres to the west is the Water World Water Park, which is the largest themed water park in Europe and is a great day out for all the family.

"Perfect location for a quiet and relaxing holiday"

Stayed at the villa morrin for seven days, everything about it was great. It had everything in the villa you could think of. Very tidy and it felt like home from home. We enjoyed it that much that we've booked again for next year.

"Just the ticket for a laid back vacation"

Like so many others in this part of the island my partner and our youngest visited to take part in a family wedding. The choice made to stay in our own accommodation was just what we had hoped for keeping us close enough to the shops and restaurants of Nissi whilst at the same time providing a peaceful respite for the hustle and bustle after a long day soaking up the sun. The villa is delightfully furnished and other than my own trusty chef's knives had all we could want for. The advice from Carol about local supermarkets was particularly helpful as I always like to indulge myself in some looking cooking wherever we holiday (the BBQ at the villa is one of the best I have ever used and have been searching here in the U.K for one just the same!) As a family we tend not to holiday in the same county twice but if I was returning to this part of Cyprus again I would certainly be contacting Carol again.

"Truly a home from home"

Thank you so much Carol for letting us stay in your gorgeous villa in Cyprus. Your made everything seem so effortless from the first phone call and susequent calls/emails to ensure we have all the info we needed to the transfer to and from the airport, you do know some really nice pepople. We enjoyed our very relaxing stay in the villa which was perfectly located and well within walking distance of Nissi Beach which is were our friends daughter was getting married. The pool and outdoor space was fabulous and was well used due to the very hot weather when we were there. There was everything you needed just as it would be at home including a good selection of books and DVD's just in case you want a chilled night in which we did. The weather was wonderful and we spent many an afternoon/night the local bars/restaurants with friends. Would definately recommend your villa to family & friends.

"A hidden gem!"

As soon as I entered the property I was impressed! It is tastefully decorated in neutral colours and suited the surroundings. It a spacious villa that allowed privacy even when with a group of friends. Loved the different seating areas, you could sit next to the pool and sunbathe or to the front of the property (watching the world go by). The villa pretty much gets the sun all day long and if it got too hot you can take a dip in the private pool to cool down. The beach is close by and not far to walk to; as are some local shops. We hired a car from the airport and this gave us the flexibility to go shopping like the locals and also to travel further afield and try out different beaches. There are plenty of hotels to visit too.......we managed to see a beautiful Cypriot wedding on an evening stroll and were made quite welcome! Loved everything about the place and will definitely be going again!

"Perfectly situated for our daughters wedding"

Carol and David, the owners, were extremely helpful with tips and advice and recommending a taxi service which was to prove invaluable. The villa was in a perfect situation in Ayia Napa, outside all the hassle and bustle of the town, in lovely quiet area. The villa itself provided all the amenities we required. We did have small problem with the fridge/freezer but this was immediately rectified with a new replacement. The weather was so incredible to be honest we did not spend hardly any time inside the villa but it was well stocked with all the kitchen equipment and a washing machine which was an added bonus. It was a perfect stay for our daughters wedding which was at Aphrodite Beach (amazing day). some super restaurants nearby (The Garden Restaurant) which was lovely. Also not to be missed the open top red bus trip to Famagusta. Everyone was friendly and we found the prices to be very reasonable. We would not hesitate in recommending this villa and thank you Carol again for all your recommendations.

Hi we visited our villa in October/November and can confirm that we have fitted all the beds in the villa with memory foam toppers for extra comfort

"Excellent modern villa in an ideal location for Nissi Beach weddings"

We rented the villa for our daughters wedding in May 2012. We had a fabulous stay, the pictures do not do it justice The pool and garden are a great place to relax and Carol has thought of everything you could possibly need. Our friends and family were all very impressed with the Villa and wished they had stayed there. All the guys got ready for the wedding at the villa as it was an excellent setting for the photos. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a villa in this area.

"Beautiful villa fabulous location - Lovely attentive owners"

This was our first villa holiday and it has given us the taste for more to come. From the moment we placed our enquiry and all throughout, communication with the owner was excellent. The gardens in the villa are tropical and lush and maintained as is the pool. The facilities were fantastic. Even some childrens cups and plates which are a nice touch. The pool is quite deep for little ones but there is a beautiful communal pool on site which is about 3 mins walk. Nissi Beach and Makronissos (our fave and also perfect for children) is within walking distance. Cannot fault the standard or location of this villa and hope to go back one day. We made full use of the BBQ area and miss our evenings relaxing by the pool enjoying a traditional BBQ. The only improvements we could suggest would be wifi and a new mattress of topper for the double bed in the main room, but I am told this is being looked at. Other than that it felt like home from home very quickly and we all had a lovely holiday.

"THE prefect place to chillax !!"

Villa Morrin is the prefect place to chill out and relax. The location was perfect for us, set in a quiet residental area away from the busy nightlife of Ayia Napa town, but still within 5 mins walk of numerous good quality restraurants and bars. Nissi Beach is just 3 mins away (thru the Aeneas Hotel), and has an excellent watersports selection. The villa has absolutely everything you need for your stay, whether you intend on staying in a lot or not ! Bedrooms are spacious and clean, comfy beds, plenty of storage space for clothes both hanging and draws (I travelled with 2 teenage girls, as well as my wife and I, and we still had storage space left over!!) Living space is well laid out, big screen satelite TV a bonus, with a huge selection of DVD's for a quiet night in. I could go on and on, but it would only bore you! We have stayed in a number of villa's across the globe, usually with friends, and therefore much larger than this, but Villa Morrin is right up there with the best of them.

Wonderful villa 3 min. walk from Nissi Beach. Lovley private pool and garden. The villa has everything you need and the owners (Carol & David) make shure that you will enjoy yourself and have a great time. We travelled with small kids and they loved the pool, but since it's a very short strawl down to the beach - it is no problem to get them there either. You will also reach some great restaurants in a 5 min walk. Great location and a great holiday!
