Stunning first floor apartment with all amenities, 2 bedrooms, 1 and a half bathrooms, modern kitchen, (renovated 2 years ago) with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine, Large living/diner and balcony leading to the garden.

St Romain has a shop for daily requirements within a 5 minute walk, while within 2 minutes there are public tennis courts and football/ recreation area. Aubeterre-sur-Dronne, named officially as one of the most beautiful villages in France, also within walking distance, is an historic village with shops, small supermarket, restaurants and bars, and an 11c underground church to explore. It has a small market on Sundays.

Chalais is 10 minutes away by car with a market every Monday and supermarkets open every day. Riberac, slightly further away has a large market on Fridays.There you will also find the train connection to Angouleme or Bordeaux, perfect for a day trip.

If Susan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
