Spacious 1 Bed luxury self catering apartment with private ex large balcony.

A perfect base for couples, young family or golfers alike to relax in the sunshine and explore what Cyprus has to offer. Situated on the edge of Anarita village with its own bistro bar CorknBottle and restaurant Olivios, a Taverna and small kiosk only 8 min transfer from Paphos airport. Large supermarket on main rd R turn from airport exit.

Timi, Mandria, and Kouklia villages only a few km away for further eating places and amenities.

Car rental is recommended as bus service to the village poor.

Paphos town/harbour and the three major golf courses only 15 min drive away.

The first floor apartment (lift access and stairs) is fully equipped to give a home from home experience and can accommodate a family comfortably. All new furniture and freshly painted, with a Ks bed (new memory foam mattress) in bedroom and sprung sofa bed in the open plan living area. Travel cot available. All linen provided. Air conditioning/heating plus ceiling fans in both rooms. Fly screens on doors to enable ventilation and keep unwanted pests out. Kitchen fully equipped including washing machine and new fridge/freezer.

Flatscreen tv with Mag box, full tv package/sky available as an optional EXTRA. 12mg of wifi included in the rental price.

The apartment boasts a very large private balcony with panoramic countryside and sea views, captures the sunset every evening. Set away from the poolside, 3 in total, the balcony features a pergola which gives added shade and privacy with a corner sofa to relax on and inset ice bucket table for chilled drinks. There is a six-seated patio set under cover and gas barbeque for alfresco dining and comfortable sun loungers for relaxing.

There is gas, if the bottle is empty it can be taken to the large supermarket on the B6 for a refill at a discounted price at your cost.

Lovely place to stay really enjoyed myself lovely and quiet I would stay there again The pool were lovely and clean television was excellent never froze at all Nobody bothered us excellent

Just returned from a 2 week stay in this lovely place, clean and well equipped with all essentials, choice of 3 pools for the kids was great. Will definitely be booking again for next year.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Shan (the owner) a message.

If Shan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
