About the home
Casa Do Lasco will sleep twelve people in extreme comfort, ideal for a group or family gathering, however Casa Do Lasco is still homely enough for a smaller group or a family that require more space around them. Casa Do Lasco is now fully serviced by wireless broadband!
The sleeping accommodation comprises of 4 double bedrooms (All with en-suite bathrooms) and two twin bedrooms,(one bedroom en-suite) There is also one other bathroom making a total of 6 bathrooms all together.
On the up stairs level, there are three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. (all with en-suite facilities.) The master bedroom, as well has having a large en-suite bathroom also has a separate dressing room, a balcony with table and chairs and amazing sea views, an ideal place to enjoy your freshly squeezed morning orange juice!!
On the downstairs level, there is a further double bedroom (with full en-suite facilities) There is also a twin bedroom and a further bathroom. Both bedrooms have beautiful sea views!!
There is also a fully fitted kitchen, with all the usual modern conveniences including oven, micro-wave and dishwasher. The utility room is situated outside, adjacent to the kitchen, fitted with washing machine.
The main living area consists of a large lounge and dining area, both areas have been newly decorated and furnished and can accommodate a large group in comfort. There is also a wood burning stove (ideal for winter lets), Satellite T.V + D.V.D player + CD player + Radio. Again this area boasts beautiful sea-views, and has patio doors leading onto the outside covered seating and pool area.
This outside covered seating and dining area has ample room to dine and relax in the shade even if its raining, as you can see Casa Do Lasco is a truly adaptable home from home. From this covered area you walk straight onto the pool area. Here you can swim in the salt water swimming pool, unwind on one of the 10 luxury sun beds or sit on one of the hardwood Adirondack chairs, one of the most comfortable outdoor chairs that you can sit on.
When you have had enough of swimming and relaxing, in the sun, you can use the purpose built barbecue and seating area, play pool or table football in the games room, or just chill out watching your favourite U.K. soap or surfing the net. Casa Do Lasco is a great place to relax and unwind inside or out.

On the upstairs level, there are three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, there are also three bathrooms. In the large open plan upstairs hallway, there is a full size British pool table, ideal to keep everyone happy, even if the sun isn't shinning!!
On the downstairs level,there is a further double en suite bedroom and a twin bedroom, there is also one other full bathroom aswell. Both bedrooms have beautiful sea views.
There is also a fully fitted kitchen, with all the usual modern conviences including, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. the utility room is situated outside adjacent to the kitchen, where there is a washing machine and ironing board etc.
The main living area consists of a large living and dining area both areas have recently been decorated and refurbished, and can accommodate a large group in comfort. There is also a wood burning fire and full central heating (ideal for winter lets), satelite tv, dvd player and radio, again this area boasts beautiful sea views and patio doors leading onto the outside covered seating and pool area.
Casa do Lasco offers full maid service three times a week, and supplies all bed linen and towels, these are changed weekly by the maid. The villa although private is not isolated, Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and Villamoura are all within an easy ten minute drive, with all beach, golf and other sporting facilities to choose from, there are literally dozens of bars and restaurants in this vicinity. The nearest being only a two minute stroll away.

On leaving the lounge, you enter the outside covered seating and dining area, where there is ample room to dine and relax in the shade, even if its raining, as you can see Casa do lasco is a truly adaptable home from home,
From this covered area you walk straight out to the pool and patio area, here you can swin in the salt water swimming pool, or unwind on one of the luxury sun beds, or sit on one of the hard wood adirondack chairs, one of the most comfortable outdoor chairs that you can sit on.
When you have had enough of swimming and relaxing, you can use the purpose built barbecue, this is situated close to the kitchen for convenience, so that everything is close at hand. Also in the barbecue area there is a large stone dining table and chairs, where you can dine in the sun. This will accommodate a large group in comfort.
The barbecue area is also fully illuminated, so as you can use the barbecue and outside dining area, as comfortably at night as you can during the day. Casa do lasco is truly a luxurious villa where you can relax and unwind inside or out, day or night.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve is well known for its golf courses and also for the many attractive fishing villages - and hence, of course, for the seafood, which is delicious. The Atlantic location means although very hot in June, July and August, the heat is not overpowering.The climate remains warm in Spring and Autumn, and over winter you get warm days, but the nights are noticably cooler, however with the log burning fire and the central heating Casa Do Lasco remains warm and snug.

The Almancil area
Almancil is most notable for its proxomity to the luxury beach resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. On arrival at Faro airport, you will be greeted by our agent who will show you to the villa, and help you with any questions you may have.
The local airport is Faro and is a 20 minute drive to the villa. Faro is served by daily direct flights from many UK airports by Easyjet, Monarch and Ryanair while daily direct flights from Irish airports are available from Ryanair and Aer Lingus.
Car hire is advisable and is available at the airport. It is also possible to take a taxi to the villa and walk to local amenites while taking a local taxi on longer journeys.

Dear Tim, sorry havent got back to you sooner but after two chilled out
wonderful weeks its been a bit hard getting back in to the swing of things.
i envy you so much owning such a wonderful place, your villa is so
tastefully decorated i could write ten paragraphs about individual bits but
you obviously already know this so i wont bother. The area is so quiet apart
from a very noisy cockerel about six in the morning but after a few days we
didnt even notice him. The maid Ana was very helpful but we could only
communicate in sign language and lots of smiles but we got there in the end
she was a lovely lady. In general we all had a lovely time, the swimming
pool for my two grandchildren who very rarely came out only to eat and
sleep, the swimming pool and pool table for my niece and nephew who we
rarely saw again only to eat, and the whole vila and atmosphere for all the
rest of us adults to chill out and relax, which we did every day. In general
you will go a long way to find a holiday which can accommodate two under
twos, two seven to eleven year olds, a few twenty somethings and four over
forties (two well over forty) but your villa offered it all for us and the
general feeling is thankyou very very much for allowing to visit your home
from home. We all thankyou very much for a wonderful time and hope to come
back to you again next year. If you want any pictures for your files we have

We had a brilliant time at your beautiful villa, some family and friends called up to us on Sunday and were very impressed, at one time in the afternoon there were 27 people in the villa but there was plenty of room for sunbathing and eating, and still have a homely atmosphere, the pool table was great for keeping the men (and some of the ladies) occupied. The view was breathtaking and we could see Sao Lourenco Church where Bridget got married from the pool area.
Bridget and Nicky had a great wedding day, everything from the beautiful church to the Hotel Quinta do Lago where all the staff were more then helpful, and the food was excellent, I heard the manager brought the last of the guests home in the curtesy bus at 5.30am.
Thank you to Haley for meeting us and all her helpful advice, and Ana is a lovely friendly lady, most days when she came in to clean the younger ones were still in bed from the late nights but she did a great job all week.
Thank YOU for letting us stay at your beautiful villa, I would highly recommend it to anyone and hope I will get the chance to come back again some day soon.

''We found the Villa very good, it was in a quiet location but within easy reach of local restaurants and Bars, the town of Almancil is within easy reach by foot or car and the beaches were within 10 mins by car, The villa itself was very well presented with all the facilities for a group of 12, it was tastefully decorated and felt like home from home. The pool was not overlooked, well maintained and certainly well used by our party, the sun loungers and chairs were well maintained and very useful. There are attractions and facilities within easy reach by car for those days not spent by the pool (Golf, waterparks, shopping and Zoomarine). I would recommend Caso Do Lasco to any one for large family or group of up to 12 adults for a relaxing holiday but with opportunities to get out and about.Gerald "
"We all had a wonderful time at casa do lasco. The villa was extremely spacious even with 12 of us staying there, and it was so nice to relax by the pool without being over looked by anyone. it was very private indeed. I would recommend the casa do lasco villa to anyone looking for a nice relaxing holiday... and for the more active, the beach and water park is 10 mins drive away (the jetski hire at the beach was fantastic).
