Casa privada, con parking, temperaturas medias de 25º.

Casa Rural situada en Alhaurín el Grande “el pueblo que yo soñé”, situada en el valle del Guadalhorce al pie de la montaña. A treinta minutos de Málaga y a tan solo quince minutos de la Costa del Sol. Las temperaturas oscilan entre 25º durante todo el año.

A las cercanías del pueblo hay campos de golf, parques acuáticos, sitios de ocio, restaurantes, supermercados, sitios de patrimonio histórico (la catedral de Málaga, alcazaba…), playa de Fuengirola… donde podrás pasar unos días inolvidables.

También se pueden visitar otras ciudades cercanas a tan solo 2 horas como son Sevilla, Córdoba y Granada. El propietario os podrá informar de todo lo que podéis hacer en cada época del año.

Centrándonos en la casa, situada a tan solo 1 km del pueblo, con carril privado y sin vecinos alrededor, rodeada de 3500m2 de naranjos. Dispone de una gran piscina situada justo delante de la casa sin necesidad de subir ni bajar escaleras. A la parte izquierda de la casa está situada la barbacoa con todas las instalaciones necesarias y un cuarto de baño completo.

La casa dispone de WiFi grati y de grandes ventiladores en las habitaciones y en el salón. En las ventanas disponemos de mosquiteros aunque en esta zona no son abundantes.

Las dimensiones de la casa son de 100m2 que se distribuyen en:

-1 dormitorio con cama de matrimonio.

-1 dormito con dos camas individuales.

-1 dormitorio con dos camas individuales.

-1 cuna disponible,trona bebe a peticion del client (suplemento economico)

-1 cama supletoria disponible.

-1 cuarto de baño completo con inodoro.

-1 cocina americana completa (lavavajillas, microondas, horno, vitro cerámica...)

-1 lavadero completo.

-1 cuarto de baño exterior.

-1 barbacoa con nevera fregadero ect..

- Todo el mobiliario de jardín completo (carpa, sillas, tumbonas, sombrillas, etc.)

-1 parking privado dentro de la casa, portón automático y luces exteriores.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
