This well-presented bungalow style home has open plan living area, well equipped kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms and private patio area.     Cottage was clean, tidy , well equipped and spacious. Great location- easy access to Aldeburgh and Snape. My mum loved it! At 95 it becomes increasingly challenging to find something suitable.

    How do damage deposits work?
