Villa Filia is a complex of 5 separate maisonettes in excellent condition at the Almyros area, built on a 5,000 sq meters green plot of land, in a distance of less than 200 meters from the beach of Almiros.

Each Villa is 60 sq.m, is fully furnished and it consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with laundry machine as well, the master bedroom and the bathroom/ WC on the ground floor. On the first floor is the second bedroom and a veranda with view to the sea.

All Villas have their own verandas, private garden, parking space and bbq.

The private swimming pool, with fresh water will offer you relaxing and lazy moments.

At Villa Filia you gon have peaceful and unforgettable holidays, away from noise and crowds.

    I'm Akis. a middle aged Greek man. I am involved with tourism many years and i am running this property for 12 years. First with some well known tour operators and some years now by my own. I used to play basketball and cricket and i still sailing. I like the good food and wine and we are here, me and my wife, to make you to feel the Greek hospitality.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Akis (the owner) a message.

    If Akis (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
