"perfect chalet in a perfect location !"

We were originally booked into the Louis apartment but zenith asked us if we would mind moving to the one upstairs as there was a party downstairs wishing to book for 2 weeks and we were very pleased… More

Dear Louise,
Thank you for your feedback and I am very pleased you enjoyed the week in the Chalet Hermione (and thank you for agreeing to move across from the Louis – our guests in there appreciated it as well).
Regarding your comment on breakfast, we do detail that our breakfasts are “buffet breakfast with hot option” and this is detailed further on the chalet pages to describe the hot option to include such as scrambled eggs, porridge, French toast etc.
We do not offer, as standard, a full “English” each day as many guests do not want this – it is a question we regularly ask our customers and we will certainly put your comments into the feedback forum as a Yes. However, the consensus view (to date) has been that we offer the “Full English” as a supplement so that customers who want it can buy it and customers who do not want it are not paying for something they did not have. Pricewise, €45 for the week reflects the fact that getting these food items in the mountains is more costly than getting it from your local supermarket.
I hope that explains why we offer the breakfast options in the way we do but I am glad that this matter did not spoil what sounds like a great week for you.
Kind regards
Stuart
