“Once in a Lifetime Experience” By far one of the nicest, most beautiful I've ever been. Right on the ocean with a beautiful sunset view every evening. The amenities and asthetics of Hacienda Kukulkan were amazing. Perfect for a group of friends, family, or even a romantic retreat. We will certainly be back!

“Another week in Paradise!!” Simon Just wanted to pay a tribute to Roger and your staff at azul Profundo for: -being so professional -engaging and fun loving when he sensed it and quiet for the same reason -great drinks, great food and cleaned rooms every morning. -warm and sparkling pool -the conceirge service that Roger provided from numerous taxi runs to ziplines and aTV tours. - so many other small things that made the week, again, fantastic. And to you for sharing the villa with us. Both times there we continually have 3 hour dinners with fantastic conversation, hang around the pool with unbelievable views, read books and find out more about Roger. We feel blessed.

“Very Clean and maintained well and awesome food!” My wife and I recently stayed at Casa Caribena with a group of friends. The accommodation were terrific. We enjoyed all comforts of home which included the wifi. Along with all the day trips around the area we also enjoyed a day of Ocean Kayaking right out the front door inside the barrier reef which is calm water.This is a Go-Pro moment. Of course what I liked the best was the gourmet style cooking which is available. The meals were sooo good. Mmmm what a great surprise. We really enjoyed our stay.

“Super fabulous, very happy family...” The property and villa is exceptional. Very well decorated and has the best vibe for entertaining. Mimi was our concierge and was very helpful and welcoming. This was a surprise trip for my family. All they knew before hand was cancun airport. I had pre arranged night time chef service. That was a+. we had 15 people who were all accomadated for at ease. Anna Paulo was our main chef. She made beautiful desserts! We also had Martin as a daytime bartender, he made sure everyone had a beverage from the dock to the pool to the garden. Good stuff :) The family enjoyed taking the golf carts into the dolphin area with shops and stores. We rented them for the week. The villa had them ready when we arrived in the driveway. Best thing ever was the night entertainment. Worth every penny . Water drums and fire dancers. 1 hour show. So amazing. You feel the drums and the water color splashing about with heat from the fire ...it's quite impressive, must see! I'm already making plans for the next trip back. We felt safe. Had everything a large group needed. Very accomadating. Playa Del Carmen was pretty close by by taxi. Bring water shoes if you go in the ocean. My next trip will include a tequila tasting at villa for one of the nights and a day trip to the salt caves and everything else the same :) Super Fabulous Vacation @ Hacienda Del Mar!! “Great Week!!” My Fiance and I stayed here a week before we met my family for my sisters wedding. It was such a nice change from the big resorts. The location is fantastic and the Condo is great. Plenty of room for 2 or 3 couples to say there and the beds are really comfortable. Great style and comfort in the condo. It is like having a home right in Playa! I would definitely recommend staying here versus paying a lot more for so much less at a big high rise resort. Close to La Cueva del Chango, our favorite restaurant in the city. Thanks, Eric

“Great apartment near to the 5th Ave!!” I traveled with 3 friends and the apartment's location couldn't be better. Just half block away from Cocobongo (best party club in Playa), a block away from the 5th Ave and two and a half blocks away from the beach, what else could you ask for in Playa? The department is very comfortable with kitchen, a little dining table, living room with TV, a balcony with pool view, and even washing machine and dryer! Two bedrooms and two bathrooms with really nice decoration. We had it all: beach towels, glasses, dishes, there were sodas and beers in the fridge when we arrived! =D We also had a private roof terrace with cold water jacuzzi and very nice space to hang out. The building has a shared pool for all the condos with a nice waterfall. Another plus is that you have a parking space which was very helpful since we rent a car. The attention from Ron & Crystal, owners of the apartment, was great from the moment of the reservation up to our return to Guadalajara. You can't ask for more for a perfect vacation! We will definitely come back to Casa Dorothea! Thanks Ron & Crystal!!

“A truly relaxing experience in a beautiful environment.” My husband and I spent my birthday week at Villa Mariposa with a few friends at the beginning of May. The house itself is absolutely perfect. As you can see from the pictures, the backside of the house is a wall of windows. The windows all have the ability to open (and are screened) and bring in an incredible breeze with magical ocean sounds. Lounging both in the house and on the beach (just a few steps away from the house) set the tone for an incredibly relaxing trip. The beds and linens were very comfortable, the house was very clean (and stayed clean throughout the week with the help of the house keeper that comes in once a day), and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, blender, etc. for those that want to do some of their own cooking. The house is located about 10 minutes (driving) from Tulum Pueblo, 15 minutes from Tulum Beach and about 15 minutes from Akumal. There is a refreshing and pristine cenote located about two minutes walking distance from the house. There is a small fee to swim in the cenote, but it is completely worth it. The water is crisp and beautiful. There is a pizza place and another small restaurant located within walking distance from the house, but other than that you'll need to travel by car to get to restaurants, grocery stores and other attractions. (And I wouldn't recommend traveling by cab. We made that mistake once and had a cab driver charge us $75 USD to travel to the grocery store in Tulum Pueblo and back.) We very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Mariposa and would definitely recommend it to both friends and family.

“Perfect!” Wow...not even sure where to start! Mahauhal: I was not sure what to expect, but I was blown away. Mahahual was beautiful! The raw, untouched beaches stretch for miles in both directions. Plenty of things to do. Snorkeling directly in front of the house was incredible. There are two man made reefs very close to shore with plenty of fish and sea creatures to see. There is also an amazing large reef a bit further out. We saw many different types fish. Also saw a Spotted Eagle Ray for the very first time! There are several Maya ruins within an easy drive of the house as well. No crowds. We also made several trips into town for meals and shopping. Even on days that the cruise ships were not in port, there were plenty of shops and restaurants open. House: What a lovely property! The owner's have put a lot of hard work into landscaping and upkeep. The grounds have walkways, palapas, benches, pond, as well as a tree swing all surrounded by tropical vegetation. It feels like your own private paradise. The house was clean and well maintained. The bedrooms are on the 2nd floor which allows a nice sea breeze to keep things comfortable for sleeping. We enjoyed the hammocks on the 2nd level patio at night...can watch the moon come up over the ocean. We also enjoyed the rooftop patio for stargazing. Before the moon comes up the stars are so bright that it feels like you are in a planetarium! The house is well stocked with plates, utensils, pots and pans, basic seasonings, etc... I would recommend bringing dish and bath soap as well as purchasing tin foil or plastic wrap if you plan to cook and store food. The entire trip was a wonderful experience. What made it even nicer was that one of the owner's, Rudolf, was in town house sitting for a friend. Rudolf took us to some beautiful beaches to show us where to find sea beans. He also took us out snorkeling. He made the experience that much richer with his insights and information. It was a pleasure to meet him - thank you!

“As advertised, perfect rental for those who don't want to be ove” Fabian, Dana, and their kids were great hosts for us. They offered a clean, full-equipped space and a lot of advice on the local sites, restaurants, and beaches. We were there over New Year's Eve and they even had a party in the complex, which was perfect as we didn't want to do anything crazy or be out driving late at night with the drunks. You will definitely want a rental car if you choose this place, but we were going to get one anyways...since we wanted the freedom to go to Coba (1 hour) and Tulum (less than 30 minutes) without an expensive and cheezy tour company. The a/C and wifi were perfect. This is truly a jungle property...you wake up hearing birds and monkeys and see iguanas as you walk to your car. Snorkeling with the sea turtles is truly a 5 minute drive. Thanks again to Fabian and Dana!

“So Incredibly Happy with this Condo!!!” Words cannot begin to express how pleased I was with Linda's condo. She was an absolute joy to work with. She arranged for transportation to pick us up from the airport to the condo. We were then greeted by the man at the gate who for the rest of our stay, remembered our face. (Tip him at the end of your stay). As a matter of fact, we tipped everyone. They really do look after you and make sure you are safe and have a the most pleasant stay. Anyway, Linda recommended these delicious restaurants we went to as well a solid yacht company and nightclubs. We had so much fun. The weather was insanely beautiful and even on the days where we just laid by the by the pool, ordered food and daquiri's at the bar and then frolicked in the ocean-- we just had so much fun. Words cannot describe how pleased my 4 friends and I were with the whole condo and experience. The condo is big, by the way. I expected something tiny. The terrace was my favorite. View right out to the ocean and pool area. Love!! Highly recommend. Linda is a trusted Renter.

“Heaven on Earth” This is one of the most beautiful, elegant and relaxing condos that my wife and I have ever been to. The pool is fantastic with headrests in the water to sun tan with. Fountains and hammocks are scattered around the property and the beach is only a few steps away. The photographs do not do this place justice. Playa is truly a hidden gem.
