“This penthouse suite was built to impress” I have stayed at Villa La Estancia 1-2 times a year over the past 5 years and we always love it. Then I booked the penthouse for a group of doctors that were traveling with me for a business trip last week. They started clapping when we got to the room and were still smiling 4 days later. Get this room and you will be the star!!

“Best vacation our family has ever had” I would like to say this was the best vacation our family has ever had. The condo was perfect for the eight of us that stayed there. Tim was very helpful with his places to visit and giving us the website for transportation service, they were there waiting for us and were there on time to bring us back. Tim always kept in contact with me with any questions I had for him. I would have to say Mike made this trip he was there when we needed anything. The staff at the condo treated you like royalty and that is the reason we are booking this condo again for next year

“Peaceful, relaxing and just awesome!!!” The penthouse is breathtaking. The pictures are great, but once you arrive and step out of the elevator, you feel the beauty of it all. It was hot and humid, but the temperature of the unit was quite cold...we actually adjusted it as we were too cold. The views are spectacular. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the master suite and enjoyed the sunset in the evening from the balcony. Everything was literally as if we were home. Frances and I made a Walmart run, and once I returned, my partner nor I ever left the penthouse. The kitchen had everything we needed. A small barbecue was available. We had ice, two swimming pools, an ipod dock, tv, towels, deck chairs and cooler. The only thing lacking was the functioning of the jets in the upstairs pool. Frances was just awesome. She answered all of our questions, made sure were knew where everything was, how it all worked and reassured us that we could contact her for anything. Tim is an excellent property manager. He too reassured us that we could contact him at anytime, we did and he always made sure to answer all of our tireless questions. Once you confirm your plans, Tim sends a confirmation email with an abundance of helpful information. Read the information. We read it, and it made for a smooth transition into our Home away From Home.

“Best Vacation” A few of my friends and family ( 8 of us) stayed here during spring break and had the time of our life. We couldn't have asked for better weather.This place is huge, we could have easily had 12 or more but the price with 8 was still worth it. Two stories, 4 large rooms, washer and dryer, fridge and 4 bathrooms. The best part is the hot tub on the balcony over looking the beach. The hotel was great, two pools with a swim up bar. Snack bar during the day with decent burgers and american food. The activity cordinators had a variety of things going on, had a volley ball tournament, soccer, water baloon fights, water volley ball. There was a buffet, snack bar, Itialian, and fine dining. I'm not sure if it was TIm or the hotel that introduced us to Miguel but Miguel was our day time actvity planner outside of the hotel. We went to an island and did some shopping, snorkling and swimming. It was enjoyable having someone who could speak english and help us get around. We were going to go deep sea fishing but the winds were too strong the last day we were there. If you want to enjoy the nightlife I suggest talking to Tavo who does the day time activities by the pool. He drives you there with other guests from the hotel, gets you in without waiting and gets your drinks. I highly reccomend renting this place, I know we are comming back for 2011.
