The square is a 5 min walk away and the beach is a 10 min stroll. Los Alcazares boast 7Km of Blue Flag beaches which make it an ideal destination for families with young children.

The roof terrace and balcony have views of the Mar Menor and La Manga in distance. The apartment is fully equipped with air-conditioning, SKY TV and a DVD player.

There are 2 bedrooms (with fitted wardrobes), a lounge/dining room a separate kitchen with fitted units & washing machine and a fully tiled bathroom with shower.

Patio doors lead from the sitting room onto the Large Balcony which is ideal for "Alfresco" dining. There are spiral stairs from the balcony up to the large roof terrace. The roof terrace is a great spot for catching the sun on the loungers supplied. There is a wonderful view over the vista to the Mar Menor.

The complex has a large swimming pool and a children's splash pool ideal for couples and families alike. In July & August there are lifeguards in attendance at the pools. The complex boasts lush gardens, fountains, attractive walkways and seating areas.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jamie/James (the owner) a message.

If Jamie/James (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
