Cozy rental from 2 to 8 persons in Loubressac (Lot / Dordogne) with all the comfort and privacy. Very quietly located on a nature preserve where eight houses stand. 4 km of the classified village ( "un des plus beaux villages de France"). Close to the Dordogne river. Heated private swimming pool (10 x 4.5) in your own garden and communal pool (12 x 6) domain. Beautiful 1000 M2 private garden with lots of privacy. There are several terraces, including one covered with panoramic view and (from 2017) a well equipped summer kitchen with barbecue and stove. Ideal holiday village near Rocamadour and Sarlat, Cahors, Bergerac, St Cirq Lapopie ... 2 bedroom with double bed, 1 spacious mezzanine with 4 single beds, 2 baths. With air conditioning downstairs and upstairs, satellite TV with english TV channels and free wifi!

Why can't I call Hans (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Hans (the owner) a message.

If Hans (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
