From the owner

The spacious villa, 250 square meters, can accomodate 10 + 2 people with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has a good level of furniture. It has modern kitchen, with stainless steel cutlery, and modern bathroom facilities, but it still gives one the feeling of stepping back in history. The villa, made by stones, is exposed to the sun and it has a fantastic view on the Casentino valley.

Absolute privacy, quiet and security, also because the property is fenced in and the access is possible only through an automatic gate. A typical Tuscan terrace close to the kitchen can be an opportunity to have your breakfast or to drink a glass of Chianti with your friends looking down at the beautiful valley. In the terrace you will also discover an ancient baking oven which could hold at least 20 pizzas at a time. If only those walls could talk!

Outside there are some tables to eat, one of them under an iron gazebo, some benches and chairs to sit and a mobile BBQ. One bench has an ideal location to admire the sunrise in the morning.

The villa offers many opportunities to spend the time:

a large and private swimming pool of 6x12 meters, using salt instead of chlorine, a children's soccer field, volleyball, basket, swings, slides for children, hammocks where to read a book, table tennis, football table, fitness tools, 4 bicycles. All free of charge.

For bookings of 2 weeks or more, a welcome breakfast at the owner's village.
