Modern two bedroom self catering apartment in a complex named Valparaiso just a 5min walk to Burriana beach with communal pool and gardens. Further modernised with the installation of a Fully Functional Kitchen, Replacement Bathroom & Fitted Bedroom Wardrobes, Air Conditioning and a modern Retiled Floor throughout. All of the Windows, Patio Doors as well as the Outside Tiles on the Balcony / Terrace have also been replaced which altogether has enhanced this desirable property. It has one double bedroom (King Sized Bed) with doors to sun terrace and one bedroom with twin beds (can be pushed together to create another Double Queen Size Bed). It has a large L Shaped settee in the Lounge. The Large terrace has 4 sunbeds and table with seating for 4. The terrace can also be part shaded with an over head awning and enjoys tremendous 180deg views of the sea, mountains and surrounding area. The bathroom has a bath with shower, sink unit surrounded by a granite top with cupboards underneath and a toilet. There is also allocated underground parking, although due to the quiet location this is not generally needed. The apartment is on the second (top) floor, hence the views and is serviced by a lift and security entry phone system which also makes it ideal for the less able bodied and young families with buggies. Finally the apartment now has had installed Secure WIFI with a very good internet speed to allow ease of communication for personal or business use.

An updated Air Conditioning System has been installed which has increased the comfort for those renting in either the winter or summer. The Apartment has a Modern Fully Fitted Functional Kitchen which includes Cooker, Fridge, Washing Machine, Toaster, Microwave and Kettle.

The Lounge has a Flat Screen TV and connection to a Sky Dish giving access to the main UK Channels, the lounge also has doors onto the balcony. There is an L Shaped large settee. The Dining Area has a dining table and 4 chairs. Both of the bedrooms have refitted built in wardrobes with plenty of hanging space, the main bedroom also has a safe within the wardrobe. The 2nd Bedroom has 2 single beds, although these can be pushed together to create a Queen sized bed if required. The main bedroom has a King Size bed with doors onto the balcony. A Modern Bathroom with Bath / Shower, Toilet, Sink with Granite Top and plenty of cupboard space for toiletries etc. The window in the bathroom was also changed which allows it to be locked, open or slightly open when tilted. The Internal Floor Tiles and External Floor Tiles on the Balcony were replaced throughout giving a very modern, spacious and clean feel to the apartment.

There is a lift giving easy access both to the underground car park and the apartment which is on the top (2nd) floor. The apartment has a large balcony. The balcony has a table and 4 chairs and 4 sunbeds, and has a panoramic view of both the sea and mountains. There is an outdoor pool and a grassed area by the pool in a shared garden.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sandra (the owner) a message.

If Sandra (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
