“Awesome condo on Sapphire beach” Great condo just a very short walk to beach! Fully stocked with beach towels, ice chest, and everything you need in the kitchen! Wi-Fi and cable tv too!!! Super comfy bed and fantastic view of harbor and ocean. The condos were renovating the restaurant on the premises so didn't get to go there but menu looked great. Instead we went to the bbq truck at the entrance of condo for some of the best brisket you will ever taste! Sparkling clean pools(there are two of them) if you want to take a cool dip. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning to stay in the east end also super close to Red Hook and the ferry to St. John . I really can't say enough about this place and the owner who was very accommodating to all our needs!!!

“Fantastic” If you have never been to St John or are a returning to paradise group you will not find a better villa or location to stay. I travel with my sisters and we love Calicaribe. We have been there twice[ to St John 7 times] and are going back for the third visit in June 2012. It has such beautiful views and a great pool but the best thing is the location. It is very private but so close to town. Everything you need is there. The bedrooms are very comfortable and private. We love Calicaribe because you go to the beach all day or hike the great trails and come back to the villa shower or enjoy the pool and still go back to town in the evening no problem!!! We have stayed at some great places but they are just to long of a drive to do this. We Love Calicaribe and I am sure you will to. We have found where you stay makes a big difference so you will find Calicaribe will make your stay very special. Have a great time... Penny Briggs

“Awesome view!” We had a great stay at Bliss. We loved the view and had everything we needed at the condo. We made great use of the beach chairs, boogie board, noodle and cooler for our long days at the beach. We only used it a couple times but it was nice to also have the option of the pool. Our two best days were sailing with Simplicity Charters and renting a Hobie at Cinnamon Beach. We will definitely be back to St. John.

“Heavenly getaway and retreat” I don't know where to start to describe my experience with June and Ed. Starting before arrival, June was very quick in responding to any concerns or questions, she sent very specific instructions and a map of how to get to the property, which turned out to be very helpful. She was flexible with accommodation, when she found out we would be 5 she proposed adding 2 new twin beds. On arrival, my friends and I were greeted warmly by June and Ed, who showed us around and introduced us to "Spirit on the Water", which was even more beautiful than the posted pictures. The house consists of 3 sections, each separate but share a common driveway. We initially had a concern about privacy but June and Ed were conscious of that and privacy was not an issue at any time. Each part of the 2 bd, 2 bath section is a piece of art with meaningful pieces of furniture and art, which we found out later was designed and decorated by June herself. Whether it is the infinity pool and sundeck or the breathtaking views or the bedrooms overlooking the pool and ocean.. you are bound to find something you love. June and Ed were always available to give good recommendations on shopping, leisure and dining. Their cheerful and upbeat attitude makes you enjoy your time even more (if you are a pet-lover you're bound to love them even more). Thank you June and Ed for making my friends and I feel at home, and enjoy every second we were there, we could not get enough of your place. We hope to come and see you again soon!

“Peachy holiday!” We loved staying in this place. It was simply amazing. Beds are nice and comfy. Kitchen is setup for whatever you need to do. Bathroom is lovely and modern. My wife and I and our 2 kids all had an amazing time. The beach was perfect. The pool downstairs was also very nice and clean. I defientely recoomend this condo as the ownres were lovely to work with

“A Definite Five Star +++ Condo in Paradise” Imagine arriving on Christmas day and finding both TVs playing Christmas music. Yup, that's what greeted my daughter and me on 12/25/13. Talk about your nice touches!!! That was just one of hundreds of outstanding amenities that Kerry & Kevin were thoughtful enough to incorporate into our outstanding holiday adventure. We wanted for nothing and the two bathrooms made it wonderful for two adult females to have their own space. I loved the Murphy beds and felt they were a fantastic use of space. Only needed one and it was super comfortable. Never saw a bug day or night. Several iguanas roamed the property and provided lots of entertainment for the curious. Other reviewers have mentioned the cleanliness of the Kilpatrick's unit but I've gotta tell you there was not a grain of sand on the floor nor a speck of dust on any surface. A new sponge in the sink, new bars of soap in the bathrooms, plenty of paper goods and a most appreciated rum & coke awaiting our consumption...these are some of the small gestures that were so appreciated. We did very little cooking and ate out every night with the exception of one night when we ordered pizza from Senor Pizza and it was quickly delivered hot and right to our front door. Restaurants in Red Hook were okay but nothing to rave about. Jewelry shopping in Charlotte amalie was quite the experience. Great deals if you're good at bargaining! We heard about other beaches and felt obligated to check them out. Too crowded, no coral reefs to snorkel and lacking in the personality of our beach. I would suggest that guests consider having Norma stock up on some of the basic items prior to arrival; i.e. bread, milk, coffee, rum, rum, rum. If it weren't for the fact that my daughter and I choose a different location each year to spend the holidays, we would return to B5 in a heartbeat. Kerry & Kevin - I found it!! The one missing utensil ..a "champagne star" for your New Year's Eve guests. Happy New Year everyone.
