“Gorgeous, luxerious villa with fabulous views - can't wait to go back!” I've stayed at Villa Limon three times now and it is fabulous. The attention to detail and the quality of the villa is second to none. The views over the bay are amazing - especially at sunset. Plenty of sunbeds, chairs and crockery etc for the nine of us - unlike at some places we have stayed. We ate on the terrace most days looking out over the bay. The weather was good and we arranged several excursions. Lots of information and advice was provided by the owner. Highly recommended.

“Absolutely lived up to expectations and photos! Excellent” Serenity1 was a perfect villa for 3 couples! We were parents with 2 daughters and their boyfriends and had lots of space to be together and independent. From the welcome to the departure all our needs were met: Billy was brilliant and responsive: house high quality throughout and of course the amazing views. The owner and manager made this a very easy and chilled holiday which was just what we needed! Would love to return.

“Stunning, Beautiful, Wow......” All words that easily sum up Villa Sea Breeze. Fabulous spacious villa with beautiful decor. Stunning infinity pool with jacuzzi, fantastic outside areas.. Plenty of sun beds, outdoor dining and seating. Views to die for.... So many extras, tv's, Apple TV, games console, beach bags and towels.. The list goes on. Absolute comfort in every way, superb kitchen.. Everything you could possibly need. Beautiful bedrooms and amazing bathrooms.. We were a family group of ten, we had plenty of space, awesome!! It was our second visit to Kalkan which we absolutely love.. Kalkan is very different from some other busy, built up, noisier areas of Turkey.. Give Kalkan a try.. It is stunning with amazing views, plenty to do, lovely friendly people and fabulous restaurants and beach clubs. Some of our favourites.. Aubergine, Trio, Marine, Doy Doy, Salt n' Pepper and the amazing Indigo Beach Club.. Great relaxed feel, fab food and drinks with the best views ever!!! Superb holiday from start to finish.. Thank you to Suzanne and Jonathan for having us and arranging our transfers and helping with our early arrival, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to Tarik for all his help and to Ramazan and his lovely wife for looking after us during our stay. Could go on as there is so much more to say.. IF YOU WANT THE BEST then book VILLA SEA BREEZE.. It has everything you could want for both adults and children.. You will have an AMAZING time...

“So glad we chose this villa :-)” We chose this villa for it's location and we were not disappointed. It is only minuets from the center and the seafront where the shops,bars & restaurants are situated. Transfers arranged by Abi travel (through the owners) went smoothly.The villa itself was excellent, spacious, clean with everything you need. We had a BBQ on the roof top one night as everything (except the food) was there to use. The pool and garden area was an oasis and although there were lots of buildings in the vicinity we were not overlooked at all. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Kulenin Evi.

“Spectacular views! Five star accommodation!” I was invited to join my friend and her family at villa Beluga two weeks ago. No description on any rental site could have prepared me for what i saw when i walked into the open plan living area, i was faced with a view of the infinity pool and the sea , set in a picturesque bay The villa is very spacious and luxurious , we all had our own space with plenty of tremendously large bathrooms with open showers, no pocky shower cubicles to be seen! Plenty of hot water! Any problems we had were swiftly put right by the property maintenance team . Although we had arranged to rent a car , we could have managed without one , the taxis are cheap and effiecient, the villa is walking distance to Kalcan , and the boat trips to and from the bay to Kalkan are free and run regularly. When we managed to drag ourselves away from the villa we had a day on Patara beach, I can understand why it has been labelled the best beach in the world! We went horseriding, allthough I am pushing sixty , I actually galloped on the white sand of Patara beach, which was on my, must do before I die list. We had an awesome day on a yacht, set off from Kas, a must visit town, sailed to the Gorge, snorkled , had a delicious meal , enjoyed some water sports then back early evening, never dissapointed to get back to our private terrace for cocktails. On our last day we found an exclusive beach club, very chic! Called 289 steps to heaven, and it was heaven! only a few meters down from the villa. We had a lovely lunch before setting off to Dalaman airport.

“Our seconed visit and still fantastic !!!” Kalkan still the same 2 years on from our first visit. FANTASTIC. Villa is great with everything you need and very helpfull people working at the villa. Lovely location queit and just the right ditance to the town with all the lovely resturaunts to explore in the evening. Recomend going to Kekeova by boat from KAS a great trip. Cannot wait for a third visit.
