“Villa Sommer” Villa Sommer is a fabulous home from home. It is well equipped and clean, modern and well maintained. It's location is great for the centre of Kalkan, just a 15 min walk away and the are shops and cafes within 5 mins. Although other properties are close by it is not overlooked and you have a sense of privacy. Nihat was extremely helpful and lovely. We arrived late and the welcome pack was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend Villa Sommer

“Absolutely lived up to expectations and photos! Excellent” Serenity1 was a perfect villa for 3 couples! We were parents with 2 daughters and their boyfriends and had lots of space to be together and independent. From the welcome to the departure all our needs were met: Billy was brilliant and responsive: house high quality throughout and of course the amazing views. The owner and manager made this a very easy and chilled holiday which was just what we needed! Would love to return.

“As good as it gets!” We've had a fantastic time in the villa. We had our 2 small children with us and they loved the pool and their room. This villa was perfect for us. Villa Evin is as good as it gets, and it was over our exceptions. The interior design is very bright and Scandinavian, which we really like. The house it self is very new and modern with a classic touch. Modern air conditions in every room. A Garage with roof so the car is not hot when we needed it. 2 small parasols for the sun beds, but my favorite was the big parasol that was foldable to cast a huge shadow over the dinner table by the pool. So we had breakfast there every morning. We love that the owner have attention to details, like the snacks & drinks in the fridge when we arrived, the towels were folded like Teddy bears on the childrens beds and the DVD's in the living room for us to use. We loved that there was nothing missing, like the water tank with extra bottle, the dishwasher tablets, the washing powder, Toilet paper, Bed sheets etc etc. The pool was very clean and they added enough chemicals to keep it that way. I wasn't so keen on putting all the money upfront before we arrive, but you can really trust the owner and her business is legit. She also lives a few houses away if needed.

“Stunning, Beautiful, Wow......” All words that easily sum up Villa Sea Breeze. Fabulous spacious villa with beautiful decor. Stunning infinity pool with jacuzzi, fantastic outside areas.. Plenty of sun beds, outdoor dining and seating. Views to die for.... So many extras, tv's, Apple TV, games console, beach bags and towels.. The list goes on. Absolute comfort in every way, superb kitchen.. Everything you could possibly need. Beautiful bedrooms and amazing bathrooms.. We were a family group of ten, we had plenty of space, awesome!! It was our second visit to Kalkan which we absolutely love.. Kalkan is very different from some other busy, built up, noisier areas of Turkey.. Give Kalkan a try.. It is stunning with amazing views, plenty to do, lovely friendly people and fabulous restaurants and beach clubs. Some of our favourites.. Aubergine, Trio, Marine, Doy Doy, Salt n' Pepper and the amazing Indigo Beach Club.. Great relaxed feel, fab food and drinks with the best views ever!!! Superb holiday from start to finish.. Thank you to Suzanne and Jonathan for having us and arranging our transfers and helping with our early arrival, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to Tarik for all his help and to Ramazan and his lovely wife for looking after us during our stay. Could go on as there is so much more to say.. IF YOU WANT THE BEST then book VILLA SEA BREEZE.. It has everything you could want for both adults and children.. You will have an AMAZING time...

“Lovely Villa” This is our fifth trip to Kalkan but our first time in Villa Sovalye. What a beautiful villa. More like staying in a friends house than a rental villa. The villa has a really mature feel with a great garden. Add to that Wi-fi for the kids and Ipod doc.The pool area is immaculate and Veysel takes his caretaker duties very seriously and arrives every day with fresh bread. Whilst the pool loses sun around 5.00 this really isn't an issue as its a welcome breather from the intense summer sun and the roof terrace has sun right through the evening. If you know Kalkan the villa is a 3 minute walk from the Kalamar Rd and another 10 mins into town but all pretty flat by Kalkan standards. Supermarkets are a 10 minute walk. It is in a quiet area with a residential feel so if you love peace this could be the villa for you. Finally...Chrissy. I had to make a late date change and Chrissy was so helpful.
