“Good time” Very nice place to stay. Good location (only 10 min walk to beach and restaurants, 7min walk to shop, 15min taxi from airport), quiet area. The villa is very clean, with decent wi-fi, heated pool and fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for 4 people. Can't fault it. Highly recommend it!

“Perfect in every way” The location of this villa is perfect with lovely views over the sea and mountains with its own good size pool. Ideal if you have small children, very safe. Pool has recently been refurbished and new furniture in the lounge and patio area. Having good accommodation to stay at certainly makes your holiday better. Definitely recommend.

“Hidden gem :)” If peace and relaxation is what you need then you will definitely find it here. The apartment really is a home from home and is a perfect bolt hole for 2 people. It's close enough to the main restaurants and beach (10 minutes walk) but in a quiet residential area which means you get a good nights sleep. The pool area is well maintained and we saw the pool and surrounding terrace being cleaned. Some of the apartments are holidays lets and some are homes. Everyone is friendly non the less. Fiona owns the apartment and her Mum (Andrea) manages it for her. I contacted Andrea one day to let her know that one of the sun loungers was broken but that it was a courtesy call and nothing that was causing us a problem. Within 40 minutes Andrea arrived with a new lounger! She is around to help should you need her but doesn't intrude on your holiday. Thank you to Andrea for all her help and also to Fiona to allowing us to stay. We really did have a wonderful break :)

“Five Star + ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️” Villa Vispera was absolutely fantastic in every way. We have been visiting Lanzarote since 1995 and this has been by far the best Villa we have stayed in. Situated in a nice, peaceful and secluded cul de sac it’s also close to most amenities. The Villa itself is gorgeous, comfortable and has a lovely homely feel. With 4 kids, the pool was a must. It was just superb, very well maintained and great for the kids. The bbq area with the pool table is an added bonus to keep older kids entertained. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this Villa. 5 Stars + ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“Half term break” We had a wonderful week at this appartment. The weather was unpredictable but we still enjoyed lots of sunshine. The layout particularly suited our needs due to it having 2 floors & 2 bathrooms as there were 2 teenager's in our party. Many restaurants,the beach, bars & marina are close by & there is plenty to keep a family entertained. Yaiza was very helpful.

“Lovely apartment & complex” Apartment lovely and comfortable. Have never stayed in such a friendly complex. Peaceful but only few minutes walk to everything. Great Spa supermarket close by where you can buy everything at reasonable prices. Pool was fab and not too cold as solar heated. Would recommend Roy's for good food and prices! The staff are lovely and the owner Soloman makes you feel like a friend. It is situated in a little square near Burger King. Will definately be going back!
