“Superior Apartment!” We have recently completed a 7-week stay (December 2018 - January 2019) in Raul and Sandra's lovely, comfortable apartment. They are fantastic hosts and met us on the first day with a welcome pack of wine, chocolates and fruit! Everything is as shown in the photographs on the website and everything works! The main bedroom is huge, with a separate dressing area and wardrobe hanging space - also sliding doors to a private patio (suntrap) complete with loungers and umbrella. The washing machine, in a covered corner of the patio was very useful. The bathroom is a good size with a walk-in shower (glass wall), toilet and washbasin. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle, 4-ring induction hob and full-size electric oven, and all of the pots, pans and utensils you could need. The apartment is in a small, gated complex - private, very quiet and very secure. There is plenty of on-street car parking if needed. We liked this apartment so much that we have already booked for another long stay later in the year. Thank you Raul and Sandra!

“Perfection” Perfectly situated quiet apartment above the Spar in PDC, up 2 flights of steps with locked gate. Apartment fully equipped, home from home here. Full sun on apartment terrace till around 1.30pm, use of sunbrolley until then which suited my husband. Didn’t use the pool which was up further flights of steps but it looked lovely. Loved the large sun terrace reclining chairs and padded sun beds which came with the apartment. Shower doors were difficult to slide which Vinka had pointed out on our arrival however easily remedied by my hubby using Vaseline on the runners, problem sorted. Could have done with mosquitoe net for bedroom window since it was hot at night, but had a fan there which we were able to use. Thanks Angela for a wonderful stay, hoping to book with you again soon

“Great little villa” We spent a week in this lovely little villa. It's ideally situated in a nice quiet area but only a few minutes walk from local restaurants and shops. Puerto del Carmen is only about 10 minutes drive. This villa ticked all our boxes as it's very private, in a quiet area, lovely private heated pool, close to local amenities and yet only a short drive to Puerto del Carmen. The villa was very clean and with lots of home comforts. We found the beds very comfortable and slept better there than at home. The pool area is a real sun trap but if it gets too much there's a shaded seated area. We wanted a week of relaxation and this is exactly what we got.
