“Top Class apartment” This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment and each time the communication with Peter and Lynsey has been very prompt and helpful. The apartment being on the second floor is free from those annoying noises from apartment above in the middle of the night and is very peaceful. With two balconies (one each side of the apartment so you can be sure that you will be able to sit on in the sum be it am or pm by just changing the balcony you relax on. There are two floors to this apartment (both spotless) with twin beds on both floors. We have visited Tenerife some ten or more times now and this apartment is the best by far and is convenient for the beach or town and also the bus station which is great for getting from and back to the airport. There are a multitude of places to eat within a very short walk of the apartment. Anyone wanting to take a pleasant walk has the choice of the coastline walk which you can take for miles. I can, without hesitation recommend this apartment to anyone

“Will definitely rebook” We can recommend this apartment to anyone, beautiful clean fresh and comfortable. It had its own WiFi which was really good. Personally for me the only negative I have is that the pillows were really poor, some decent memory foam pillows would have been fantastic for me. We love Royal Gardens and have been going there for many years, the swimming pools are bring refurbished, one is finished the other still has long way to go, shame the building works are not mentioned on the website. Don’t let this put you off it’s a fantastic place well worth a visit, we will be going back.

“Lovely apartment, perfect location” We have stayed at Parque Santiago many times before but this was the first time we was fortunate enough to stay in this particular apartment (I’ve been wanting to for some time). It is situated in a prime location within the complex, with very easy access to the pool, perfect for popping back to the room for cold refreshments throughout the day! The apartment itself is kept to a high standard, very clean and modern with everything you would need. Plenty of wardrobe space too. The communal areas outside of the apartment are kept to a very high standard, along with the pool they are cleaned daily. The booking process was easy and Kerry was always there to answer any questions I had. Thank you and we hope to stay again soon.

“Great Apartment, two minutes from beaches and restaurants” We have been to Club Atlantis a few times but I have to say this apartment was terrific, Comfortable beds, super little kitchen, hob, microwave etc. Washing machine in bathroom, air con, balcony to chill out on / eat breakfast etc. TV gives you plenty of Engish channels., if you really need to watch it ! The pool in the complex is fantastic. Playa La pinta is fantastic, a nice little crescent-shaped bay safe for everyone. The shops, restaurants and pubs literally back on to the beach. In short, THe apartment is terrific and so is Puerto Colon.

“Perfect!” We had a wonderful time in this flat. Location was perfect, close to the beach and with a wonderfull pool. Everything was clean when we arrived and all information was provided to us by our contact. We rented the apartmentl for 2 weeks and enjoyed every second of it The apartment is in an excellent location, quiet, with beautiful views of the ocean. . The owner Jasmine was available by email at any given time. Renato the manager was really helpful. He booked our taxis, told us where to go out, eat, etc. He is easily joinable. The pool was very clean, never too crowded and the residence is very calm and peaceful. What you see on the pictures is what you get. I would definitely rent this property again and would recommend it to all my friends!

“perfect apartment in perfect complex” We have stayed at Cristian Sur before and found the complex extremely well maintained and close to all amenities including the bus station.The apartment is very clean and has all the facilities needed for a pleasant stay.The large terrace looks out onto a quietish road and is great for watching the world go by.On a quieter part of the complex but just a short hop to the pools and cafeteria.Already looking at flights for next year so we can book the apartment again whilst it is still available.
