“Great apartment with amazing balcony” The apartment was very clean, lots of storage space and fully equipped with all essentials like hairdryer and iron.The balcony was a sun trap and had the sun from morning until night. The apartment was in a great location, close to beach, supermarket and lots of restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay there again!

“TRG Apartment” Great time at Ludmillas apartment.Everything you could want plenty of towels and beach towels extra bedding etc. Marina collected us from airport and showed us around. Very convenient to restaurants and shops.Cant wait to go back.Thanks Ludmilla and Marina

“Excellent in Every Way” I don't normally leave a review If I'm honest because I always thought that you mainly left reviews after you had experienced problems but after my stay at Barry and Christine's apartment in January I just had to leave feedback. Prior to arrival the communication from Barry was second to none and very informative but if you did have any queries they was answered very promptly and tbrougherly. On Arrival to the hotel the check in procedure was straight forward and the apartment was amazing. To say this is a studio is just a word on paper because the apartment had absolutely everything you could think of and more. The bed was very comfy, there was a nice sized tv with a fair few English programs on even if not an English channel. Just flick through to find out. The kitchenette all though small was adequate for the basics with more than enough pots and pans etc along with a full sized fridge freezer. The bathroom was a great size with both bath and shower options, constant hot water and enough towels for our weeks stay. The views from the balcony was just amazing from dawn till dusk so all in all the perfect place. You can see that a lot of love and thought has gone into the apartment and it felt home from home for me. Barry and Christine are truly amazing people and all though didn't meet personally I feel as though I know them. Thank you both for allowing us to use your apartment. I will for sure use again and can highly recommend for any couple that wants to be close to everything.

“Second stay” We stayed with other members of our family in 2 one bedroomed apartments in August and have already rebooked for next year. But had a chance for a few days quick get away with my husband and only availability for a last minute break was a studio apartment. While the studio was much smaller than a one bedroomed apartment it was more than adequate for our needs for a short break. We spent most of the time by the pool or on the balcony - who wants to stay indoors? The studio had a hob and microwave which we never used as we ate out every day and just used the kettle and toaster for first thing in the morning. The complex is not new but everything was clean and tidy (I understand it is about 25 years old) but being older the rooms are larger than some of the newer complexes I have stayed in. Personally I prefer this complex as Garden City is close to everything including some great value bars and restaurants.

“Excellent” A lovely apartment, had everything we needed. Right in the centre of things but no noise at nights. We met Mike the landlord and he was great. Loved it that much we have booked again for next year

“Good value and peaceful” Air conditioning. Fresh towels. Bath and shower even if not shown in the photograph. Lots of car parking at the top of complex 'Calle tabaiba'. The resort has lots of lovely restaurants cheaply priced and canarian people are lovely to talk. Night time cabara if you like a cheap drink and a sing song if not lots of lovely beaches nearby to walk around. Two large supermarkets a ten minute drive away with a hyperdino within walking distance. Small beach within walking distance but very busy on Sunday's with lots of locals. Buy a cheap umbrella for the outside as their isn't a shade outside.

“Clean, tidy & well presented apartment in excellent location” The process from booking the aparment with the owner was straight forward. Infact, it felt too easy (as we're not used to this) and was wary about transferring monies to someone we didn't know! As a piece of mind, the owner kept us informed with emails and receipts as confirmation. Once we settled the final balance, a map was emailed to us with directions to the apartment. These were very useful. The key was kept in a mastersafe, which not doing this before was a slight worry. We was worried that we'd turn up and not be able to get in. However, this was staright forward as everything was explained in the email. We walked into the apartment and first impressions were great! It was very clean and tidy. It appeared to have been decorated recenly, which made the apartment feel very comfortable during our stay. The bathroom was lovely and the shower was one of the best that we've had in the Parque Santiago apartments. There was a large terrace with a table and chairs, along with 2 sun loungers and a canopy for shelter against the sun. The terrace was overlooking the kids pool which wasn't too noisey. The apartment was kitted out with the main things for our stay. Key things of interest were a safety deposit box, widescreen TV with english, spanish and dutch channels, fridge, kettle and toaster. Wi-Fi was also available throughout the complex at a cost of €25 per week or €40 for 2 weeks. It was free in the reception area. The Wi-Fi around the complex was really slow and wish we had not wasted our money on it. Finally, a gym was available for use at both Parque Santiago 3 & 4 complexes. The poolside bars had a nice atmosphere and a long happy hour between 5pm until 9pm. This was 2 for the price of 1. Prices were reasonable outside this for both food and drinks. Location of the apartment was great. The last time we visted Tenerife was in 2001 and since then, things have really developed in this particular area. Opposite our complex Parque Santiago 5 had been built and consists of a shopping centre with lots of stylish bars/restaurants and designer shops at reasonable prices. You will also find a supermarket there which isn't too over priced either. Situated behind the shopping centre is a strip of British bars with live music and entertainment in the evenings. Parque Santiago 3 is also situated in a good spot for walking through to Los Cristianos and Las Americas. Taxi fares to and from the complex were appoximately €25 each way. Overall, we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at this apartment/complex and the process from booking it, through to leaving for the UK was very straight forward. We would highly recommend this apartment, especially to any couples.

“Shame about the noise” Nice apartment spotlessly clean albeit a bit dated however excellent value for money, the apartment is located close to the entrance of the resort and the entrance barrier has an alarm that sounds when it raises no matter what time of day or night !!! This was compounded as some of the bars choose to do their recycling of bottles at the close of business this was between 01:30 and 04:45 which lasted 20 mins. This was very annoying, the location of the resort. is spot on and within early reach of everything we wanted, would we stay at this apartment again? YES BUT WEAR EAR MUFFS AT NIGHT
