“Excellent” Just stayed for 12 nights in this Villa. It's in a brilliant location in Parque Santiago 3 complex. The villa fronts onto the promenade with amazing sights and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean. From the door of the villa you are only 50metres away from the swimming pool. The main pool is Saltwater but is beautiful. If you have kids they will love the children's pool that has 6 slides and a climbing frame. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and beautiful garden. The bathrooms are brand new. Not a lot of hot water in the showers upstairs but that worked well because we were all sunburnt! The TV had plenty of English channels including SkySports. We barely used but it's a nice to have. There's no AirCon and it was a little warm at night but we were there high summer and it was 35degrees. Kitchen had all the facilities that you need could maybe do with an update but it's adequate. Overall lovely property easy to deal with local contact 100% recommend!

“Lovely apartment” We stayed here for 7 nights and found it to be perfect for our needs , everything we possibly need for our stay spotlessly clean and very well presented with a nice balcony which received plenty of sun , pretty much everything you could need is right on your doorstep but if you fancy trip to beach its about a ten to fifteen minute walk

“Sunshine every day” We booked this apartment for its Outlook, position and constant sunshine on our superb balcony. Ideal for San Blas centre with the shops and restaurants (2mins) walk away. Beds were very comfy, so we will be returning. The pool was being refurbished, so it will look even better from now on.

“Our happy place!” This is our 2nd time staying in this apartment and its every bit as good as the first time. Probably better as they have had the upstairs bathroom replaced. This apartment is prime location, with a terrace and a balcony which my husband and I spent a lot of our time on between 1 o'clock until sunset! There isn't anything I would change about this apartment other than maybe extra towels for the bathroom. Hopefully we will be back soon.

“Lovely relaxing holiday” The apartment location had all the things that we wanted. Good bars and restaurants,lovely walks and the bus stop is only 5 Minutes away. We love Golf del Sur and San Blas with lovely coastal walks and great nighttime entertainment. The apartment itself had a lovely big comfortable bed and a great shower, and was generally very spacious, and when we were too lazy to go out we could watch UK tv and DVD’s. Danny was always friendly helpful and replied to any questions very promptly before our visit, and during our holiday we really did need pester him at all Thanks Danny for a great holiday

“Top Class apartment” This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment and each time the communication with Peter and Lynsey has been very prompt and helpful. The apartment being on the second floor is free from those annoying noises from apartment above in the middle of the night and is very peaceful. With two balconies (one each side of the apartment so you can be sure that you will be able to sit on in the sum be it am or pm by just changing the balcony you relax on. There are two floors to this apartment (both spotless) with twin beds on both floors. We have visited Tenerife some ten or more times now and this apartment is the best by far and is convenient for the beach or town and also the bus station which is great for getting from and back to the airport. There are a multitude of places to eat within a very short walk of the apartment. Anyone wanting to take a pleasant walk has the choice of the coastline walk which you can take for miles. I can, without hesitation recommend this apartment to anyone

“Really nice apartment with lovely seaview” Really nice apartment, very clean and comfortable. Only improvement could be wifi. However, the number of stairs to get in and out of complex were quite a problem, but everything else was fine.
