“Excellent” Just stayed for 12 nights in this Villa. It's in a brilliant location in Parque Santiago 3 complex. The villa fronts onto the promenade with amazing sights and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean. From the door of the villa you are only 50metres away from the swimming pool. The main pool is Saltwater but is beautiful. If you have kids they will love the children's pool that has 6 slides and a climbing frame. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and beautiful garden. The bathrooms are brand new. Not a lot of hot water in the showers upstairs but that worked well because we were all sunburnt! The TV had plenty of English channels including SkySports. We barely used but it's a nice to have. There's no AirCon and it was a little warm at night but we were there high summer and it was 35degrees. Kitchen had all the facilities that you need could maybe do with an update but it's adequate. Overall lovely property easy to deal with local contact 100% recommend!

“Our happy place!” This is our 2nd time staying in this apartment and its every bit as good as the first time. Probably better as they have had the upstairs bathroom replaced. This apartment is prime location, with a terrace and a balcony which my husband and I spent a lot of our time on between 1 o'clock until sunset! There isn't anything I would change about this apartment other than maybe extra towels for the bathroom. Hopefully we will be back soon.

“Lovely apartment, perfect location” We have stayed at Parque Santiago many times before but this was the first time we was fortunate enough to stay in this particular apartment (I’ve been wanting to for some time). It is situated in a prime location within the complex, with very easy access to the pool, perfect for popping back to the room for cold refreshments throughout the day! The apartment itself is kept to a high standard, very clean and modern with everything you would need. Plenty of wardrobe space too. The communal areas outside of the apartment are kept to a very high standard, along with the pool they are cleaned daily. The booking process was easy and Kerry was always there to answer any questions I had. Thank you and we hope to stay again soon.

“Brilliant Holiday” My daughter and I loved Villa Sara. It was fully equiped and very clean and comfortable. We were 15 mins away from a very large supermarket, that had taxis parked so we were able to get the shopping back to the villa no problem. Puerto de la Cruz is just lovely and if you love walking, it is a great place to be. If you have mobility problems though, the uphill might be a problem but there are plenty of taxis about. We loved our stay and certainly would go back to Villa Sara,

“Great Apartment, two minutes from beaches and restaurants” We have been to Club Atlantis a few times but I have to say this apartment was terrific, Comfortable beds, super little kitchen, hob, microwave etc. Washing machine in bathroom, air con, balcony to chill out on / eat breakfast etc. TV gives you plenty of Engish channels., if you really need to watch it ! The pool in the complex is fantastic. Playa La pinta is fantastic, a nice little crescent-shaped bay safe for everyone. The shops, restaurants and pubs literally back on to the beach. In short, THe apartment is terrific and so is Puerto Colon.
