El interior de la casa está repartido en 100 mtr2,

-Dos habitaciones, una de matrimonio y otra doble, las dos totalmente equipadas con sabanas – mantas, luz lectura, armarios y separadas por un baño totalmente equipado con secador, plancha de pelo, toallas, amenities, botiquín, espejo de aumento, calefactor y toallero eléctrico.

-Un salón-comedor de 40 mtr2 con techo alto que hace tener una amplitud máxima, cómoda y acogedora en el sofá cheslong convertible en cama de matrimonio junto la chimenea y pantalla tv plana de 60 pulgadas conectada a fibra óptica relajando la estancia en Zahora. Caja fuerte. Paraguas. Juegos de mesa.Robor aspirador.

-Cocina totalmente equipada con nevera, microondas, horno portátil, lavadora, vitrocerámica, batidora, exprimidor, hervidor eléctrico, sanwitchera, plancha eléctrica, tostador, productos limpieza, menaje cocina completo, cafetera cápsulas dolce gusto y cafetera presión. Tabla y plancha de ropa.

El exterior de la casa está repartido en 200 mtr2,

Esta clienta llego antes de la hora prevista de entrada estipulada, ella sabia que no se podía entrar antes de las 16:00h, en los datos de la reserva lo especifica, y al estar preparando la casa de limpieza y jardinero le dijimos que todavía no podía entrar, aun así le ofrecimos dejar las maletas incluso reforzamos el servicio de limpieza y jardinería para acabar antes así podría entrar lo antes posible. No acepto lo que le ofrecí diciendo que estaba paseando por la zona y no era lo que ella esperaba , que esto es todo carriles de tierra, campo , no hay tiendas de ropa, paseo marítimo,.... que eso no es lo que buscaba y quería anular la reserva por que se había equivocado y reservo en zahora y quería Zahara de los atunes , TODO ESO SIN NI SIQUIERA HABER LLEGADO A LA CASA Y VERLA!!!!! yo le dije que ella podía hacer lo que quisiera pero la reserva la tenia de cancelar a través de TripAdvisor que directamente conmigo no podía, pero se le aplicaría la política de cancelación de esta web. Después de haber reforzado el personal de limpieza y jardinería para entrar antes, que nos incremento el gasto económico de esa rapidez en el servicio, a las 14:00h cuando acabamos la casa la llame para que viniera y nos dijo que ahora no venían que estaban comiendo con amigos. Finalmente llego a la hora estipulada de entrada, y el trato hacia la chica que se encarga del recibimiento de los clientes fue exageradamente MUY MAL sin tener culpa ninguna esta trabajadora. Toda la estancia estuvo llamando por teléfono quejando se de cosas que no eran ciertas, diciendo nos que no nos publicitamos con la verdad y de malas formas. Como por ejemplo diciendo que no nos anunciamos como vivienda rural, la ubicación que tenemos en web no es cierta, la casa no tiene aacc ..... Y yo demostrando le que estaba equivocada leyendo el anuncio de la web tal y como está publicitado aun así decía que eso no estaba, le dije que entrara en la web y lo mirará incluso le envié capturas de pantalla del anuncio. Decía que la casa estaba repleta de bichos en el interior y comprobado por mi mismo junto la chica de limpieza no era cierto, en el jardín si era verdad que habían pero es normal que un jardín hayan hormigas en una zona rural. Desvaloro el detalle de bienvenida GRATUITO que regalamos a todos los clientes, un souvenir promocional y una caja bombones diciendo que eso es " una ...... " palabras textuales y que no tenía más valor de 10 cnt comentando le que eso no es lo que nos cueste es el detalle y que si no lo quería que no lo usara o lo tirara a la basura pero que las cosas no se valoran por lo que cuestan si no por agradecer. En otra de las llamadas recibidas en los días de la reserva nos dijo que iba a poner un comentario MUY NEGATIVO EN LA WEB DE LA RESERVA y le dije que estaba en todo su derecho como cliente pero que fueran cosas ciertas y no como las que me demostraba que lo único que quería es la devolución del importe para irse dnd realmente quería, a Zahara de los atunes. El día de la salida les escribí como a todos los clientes y como si no hubiera pasado nada con toda la normalidad siguiendo mi forma de gestionar el negocio y ni siquiera contesto. Dejaron la casa toda desordenada para haber sido 2 personas. Sin duda NO LA ALOJARIA EN NINGUN ALOJAMIENTO DE LOS QUE TENEMOS. ES LA PRIMERA EXPERIENCIA QUE TENEMOS ASI, TOTALMENTE TODO LO CONTRARIO A LAS EXPERIENCIAS DE NUESTROS CLIENTES QUE EL 100% DEJA COMENTARIO BUENOS Y ES COMPROBABLE EN CUALQUIER PAGINA WEB QUE ESTAMOS PUBLICITADOS. CLIENTES ASI HACEN MUCHO DAÑO AL TURISMO ESPAÑOL. Y seria conveniente certificar que es verdad todo por parte de la web antes de publicar el comentario sabiendo vivencia de las dos partes, inquilino y propietario.

Casa muy bonita, super limpia y todo nuevo. Nos lo pasamos genial en zahora, esta a 3-4 minutos de la playa del sajorami. Los dueños encantadores,super atentos.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jonathan (the owner) a message.

If Jonathan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
