Situated in the centre of town surrounded by museums, restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and in a vicinity of historical parks. Equipped by high standards, accommodating up to 4+2 guests that provides guests with well-deserved relaxation. 

The Apartment is opened for any of your hedonist wishes, and easily can transform your idea of being privately separated but also could be clean family vacation home.

Welcome Balling’s Apartment and welcome to this amazing city! This is a spacious and bright 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home with a gorgeous wide living room with extendable sofa for two ... But don't take my word for it... let me walk you through it a little more!

The apartment has a really spacious and modern living room which has a real family feel to it, with a touch of aristocracy, we like to call it ‘an executive’. In the living room you may find a comfy sofa and an additional armchair for guests to use where you can put your feet up in the evenings, kick back and relax! Fancy an evening off? Then sit back, relax and turn on the flat screen TV and spacious sitting are for you to enjoy. The living area is also home to the dining area, and modern fully equipped kitchen which is the perfect spot to enjoy some local delicacies or cook your romantic dinner.

There are two bedrooms in the house, one with queen size bad and extendable sofa for two, and one bedroom, again with extendable sofa for two. Both bedrooms are spacious with colourful homely touches. There is also plenty of storage space for guests to store all their belongings.

Finally, the property also benefits from 2 bathrooms. Both bathrooms are bright and contemporary in style and one has a bathtub and a shower. The bathrooms will always come stocked with plenty of white fluffy towels and all the essential toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap that you need to ensure that you have a comfortable stay in Zagreb.

The apartment comes with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, so that you can look fresh for exploring the city or for any business meetings!

Situated in city centre, on pretty quiet location, walking distance of main city activities, next to Westin hotel, museums, theatre, great restaurants and bars with main city square and all of it in radius of 500 meters.
