The Main Square Apartment is situated in a perfect location, in the very center of Zagreb, 3 Ban Jelacic square. Comfortable, newly redecorated, air-conditioned, fully equipped and furnished apartment consists of an airy and sunny living room with two comfortable sofa beds, a quiet bedroom with a double bed and plenty of closet space, a kitchen, a dining area with a dining table and four comfortable chairs, a hall with more closet space and a bathroom. The apartment is on the first floor, with just a few stairs to climb, and there is also an elevator. The building itself is beautiful, of historical importance, with marble entrance walls and floors, very well maintained.

The Main Square Apartment has been awarded TOP VACATION RENTAL 2012, 2013 and 2014 by Flipkey by Tripadvisor. It has been awarded with the CERTIFICATE OF EXCELLENCE 2014 and 2015 by Booking. Recently it has also been listed among TOP 5 FABULOUS ZAGREB VACATION RENTALS by the renowned tourist web site LikeCroatia. Your host, Maya, has been nominated THE EXPERT HOST by the Housetrip and THE SUPER HOST by Airbnb.

We supply unlimited wireless internet connection, a phone line for local calls, a TV with more than 50 satellite programs and a Hi-Fi.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric devices (fridge, freezer, electric cook top, oven, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher), small appliances (coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, iron), as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking and serving. Fresh linen and a sufficient number of towels are the standard offer of the apartment. They will be replaced on demand. For longer stays we also offer cleaning of the apartment during your stay.We provide a whole range of additional services, such as transfer from/to the airport (surcharge 15 €), a travel cot, a pushchair etc.

We haven't set a booking minimum, but one-night stays can be booked only a week in advance.

The only exception to this applies for bookings which include New Years Eve, when the booking minimum is three nights and the price 100€/day.

We would like to make your stay in Zagreb and in our apartment as pleasant as possible, and will do our best to answer all your needs. We are here for you – do not hesitate to ask for anything you need!

Why can't I call Maya (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Maya (the owner) a message.

If Maya (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
