Our house is a modern and spacious property, with its 130 m2 of living space. It enjoys a privileged position in the heart of Zminica, with a beautiful panoramic view of Zminica lake and peaks of mountain Kucaevica. This property was designed to provide welcoming rooms and absolute tranquility of mountain house, but with all amenities and comforts of a luxury home. It provides the perfect getaway for those looking for a serene and natural atmosphere and total privacy.

The house has two floors and can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of:

- Spacious living room with a fireplace and cozy furniture and

large TV

- Dining area with authentic hand crafted large wooden dining table

- Fully equipped kitchen

- Two master bedrooms with large double beds and lake view

- One smaller bedroom

- Two full bathrooms

- Entrance area with storage space

- Outside area for sitting with a covered porch and with a

spectacular lake view

For a true mountain experience we can provide you with locally produced meals (lamb, meat, barbecue, cheese pie, forest fruit marmalade…)

The Neighborhood

Zminica is a lovely and authentic place located between city of Zabljak (12 km away) and Tara canyon (15 km away). It is a family village with 10 houses, and a natural lake perfect for swimming and fishing. It is situated on 1285 meters above the sea level. The scenery is amazing and perfect for hiking, biking, enjoying the summer sun, or walking through the forest and picking up blueberries, raspberries and strawberries, mountain herbs and mushrooms.

What to do in Zminica?

During the day you can enjoy various activities such as hiking, riding a bike, fruit forest picking, watching birds, taking pictures or painting in a peaceful surrounding. The lake is just a minute away, where you can swim, or go fishing. The unique experience of Zminica is that it is a very private place, off the tourist map with untouched nature. Walking through a forest around the lake is beautiful and you can enjoy the best of nature. You can take a 3km walk or drive to the nearby village of Njegovudja to go for a coffee or lunch or buy groceries.

At night you can sit outside and watch the sky with a breathtaking view on millions of stars. This is something you can never experience in the city!

Or just cuddle near a fireplace, read a book or watch a movie.
