Our property management team has created strong cleaning procedures ensuring your visit to be safe and germ free.

~ All floors and walls are wiped down with disinfectant.

~ All countertops, doorknobs, cabinet doors, appliances, plumbing fixtures, remotes are cleaned with disinfectant and sanitizer that kills 99.9% of germs.

~ All bed and bath linens are washed at high temperatures with sanitizing soap then dried at high temperature.

~ All kitchen ware is washed with high heat in our brand-new imported dishwasher.

~ All housekeeping staff wear PPE gear during their cleaning efforts.

30 paces from the water, Casa Tortuga is located in West Bay Village an oasis of 8 privately owned homes on West Bay Beach. Just a moment’s stroll from many bars and restaurants. Private and convenient, this location is unbeatable, close to the amenities of West Bay Beach yet secluded and private surrounded by lush tropical gardens.

Casa Tortuga is a modern Caribbean beach house, just steps away from the world famous West Bay Beach. From West Bay Beach you will encounter amazing snorkeling & diving, exploring the reefs could not be easier!

This 2-bedroom unit offers the privacy of an upper unit along with stunning ocean views. In January 2020 we screened in our private balcony to allow a pest free outdoor space.

Casa Tortuga provides guests with all the latest modern amenities. We have furnished the unit with beautiful Caribbean furniture manufactured in Honduras. Enjoy your holiday in a traditional Caribbean beach house.

The green room offers the comfort of a queen size bed along with a beautiful ensuite bath with double sinks. The Coral room offers the flexibility of two twin-beds or one king size bed along with a beautifully tiled ensuite with a walk in shower.

Vaulted ceilings create a very open atmosphere for the kitchen, dining and living room areas. The fully equipped modern kitchen offers granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher along with fabulous ocean views. The spacious covered and screened balcony off the living room is a perfect place for a romantic dinner.

~Prices are based on 4 person occupancy. Additional persons, up to 6 total may be accommodated for $25/person/night.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Carmina McCormack / (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carmina McCormack / (the owner) a message.

If Carmina McCormack / (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
