On website we offering you options to rent Entire house or half house .Our Colonial house perfectly situated in the charming town of Washington,VA across the street from the famous restaurant "The Inn At Little Washington" . Colonial House is the one of the originals from the George Washington surveyed the Town 250 years ago. After renovated & upgraded recently the half house completely private with private entrance and fully equipped kitchen. Half house has two levels , on second floor two bedrooms with comfy queen size beds and attached half bathroom located. On first floor dining and living room combined , high end leather sofa and chair ,42 inch Roku TV ,fully equipped kitchen , full bathroom including towels, shampoo and hair dryer. We provide you with all amenities. Welcome to Relax in our beautiful bedrooms with lot of natural lights and in very safe and quiet neighborhood. House has central heating & air system, excellent high speed WiFi. Every room has a charm of history and everything you need to enjoy your stay.We'll give you complete privacy during your stay. PET ONLY allowed when you renting Entire house , please check on website availability.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Oxana and Jeff (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
