Villa di 110 mq, tutti su un piano, con grande Giardino di 2.000 mq e Piscina tra gli Ulivi (6m x 4m, aperta dal 10 Giugno al 10 Settembre), La Proprietà, totalmente recintata, si trova a Villa Lempa (Teramo), via delle Querce snc , ed è immersa nel verde delle Colline Abruzzesi, a 420 metri s.l.m. alle pendici dei Monti Gemelli, a 10 km dal Parco Nazionale Gran Sasso / Monti della Laga, a 30 KM dal Mare Adriatico. La Villa, il grande Giardino e la Piscina, sono ad uso esclusivo degli Ospiti, che non dovranno condividerli con nessuno. La recinzione della Proprietà è OK per cani tranquilli, in presenza dei padroni. Se i cani sono irrequieti e/o vengono lasciati soli per qualche ora, abbiamo un Box per cani, di 2mt x 4mt (vedi foto). In ogni caso non assumiamo alcuna responsabilità per eventuali fughe dei cani al di fuori della Proprietà.

La Villa ha un ampio Soggiorno con Cucina a parete, grande Tavolo da pranzo con 8 posti, e 2 Divani-letto matrimoniali, 2 Camere da letto matrimoniali (di cui una include un letto a castello con due letti + 1 letto sfilabile (in totale ci sono 7 posti letto nelle due Camere matrimoniali), 2 bagni (di cui uno con ingresso direttamente dal Giardino), Porticato esterno che immette nel Giardino, 4 comodi Posti-Auto privati all’interno del Giardino. Tutte le finestre della Casa e il Portoncino di ingresso sono muniti di zanzariere.

La Villa è dotata di Arredamento completo e di Attrezzatura di cucina completa, compresa Lavastoviglie, Lavatrice, Smart TV da 55”, Forno a Microonde e Tostapane. Forniamo anche Lenzuola, Federe Asciugamani e Telo da Bagno.

A circa 30 minuti d’ Auto c’è la Costa Adriatica con i numerosi centri balneari : Alba Adriatica. Tortoreto, S. Benedetto del Tronto, Grottammare, ecc.

Numerosi sono i luoghi storici vicini (Ascoli Piceno, Civitella del Tronto, Abbazia di Monte Santo, Castel Manfrino) e i Siti di interesse naturalistico (Gole del Salinello, Monti Gemelli, Parco Nazionale del Gran Sasso - Monti della Laga). La Villa è circondata da verdi colline ed è un vero paradiso per chi ama il trekking in montagna o la mountain bike.

La vicinanza al Mare e alla Montagna permette agevolmente, nella stessa giornata, di prendere il sole la mattina in spiaggia e andare poi nel pomeriggio a rinfrescarsi nelle piacevoli aree turistiche montane, come Colle San Marco e Monte Piselli, raggiungibili dal mare in meno di un'ora di auto.

Nel raggio di 500 metri dalla Villa ci sono tutti i negozi principali : Supermercato, Bar, Ristorante (ottimo), Cibi d’Asporto, Panetteria, Farmacia, Banca con Bancomat, Pompa di benzina, Officina Meccanica, ecc.

Nel raggio di 1 km ci sono 3 ottimi Ristoranti dove si possono gustare le specialità della Cucina tradizionale Abruzzese. Nel raggio di 7 km ci sono tanti altri Negozi e Servizi (Guardia Medica, Lavanderia, Lavanderia a gettoni, Rammendatrice, Officina meccanica Auto per soccorso stradale, Elettrauto, Carrozziere ecc). Tutti questi Negozi e Servizi sono chiaramente indicati nel BOOK dei Clienti, presente nella Villa, a disposizione dei Clienti.

Nel raggio di 20/30 minuti d’Auto ci sono numerosi Centri Sportivi e Ricreativi : Piscina Coperta, Tennis Clubs, Maneggi per Equitazione con Istruttore Federale e Passeggiate a Cavallo, Tiro a Segno, Circolo Nautico, Palestra di Roccia all’aperto, Kartodromo, Aquapark. Tutti questi Centri sono chiaramente indicati nel BOOK dei Clienti, presente nella Villa, a disposizione dei Clienti.

Regole della Casa che i nostri Ospiti devono rispettare.

1. Check-In : Ore 15.00 / Check-Out : Ore 10.00

2. Gli Ospiti non devono essere più di 6 (inclusi i minori).

3. Non è consentito fumare in casa.

4. Rispettare Istruzioni sulla Gestione dei Rifiuti, disponibili nella Casa.

5. Non è consentito organizzare eventi, feste.

6. Se gli Ospiti intendono invitare dei loro amici (massimo 6) nella Proprietà per qualche ora, possono farlo, sotto la loro esclusiva responsabilità.

7. Non si possono fare fuochi di artificio, botti ecc. né in casa né in giardino.

8. Niente fiamme libere all’interno della casa (candele, ecc.).

9. Le Auto non devono entrare nel Giardino. Il parcheggio è consentito soltanto sui lati dell’ampia strada brecciata che costeggia il Giardino.

10. Animali domestici : solo Cani, non più di 2.

11. I Cani devono avere un comportamento corretto, non devono salire su letti e divani, non devono scavare buche in Giardino.

12. Non si devono lasciare i Cani soli, chiusi in casa.

13. Non rispondiamo di eventuali fughe dei Cani all’esterno della Proprietà.

14. Non è consentito ai Cani di fare il bagno in Piscina.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
