La Capsa de Llum es una masía catalana construída entre los siglos XVII y XVIII, situada en el Alt Empordà (al Norte de Cataluña), dentro del pequeño pueblo de Vilanant, al lado de Figueres.

Se restauró en 2017 con cariño y entusiasmo, combinando tradición y carácter rústico con un diseño moderno y confortable, para hacerte sentir como en casa... ¡o mejor!

Tiene cabida para 16 personas, ideal para pasar unos días en familia, con niños y con amigos.

Sus 350m2 combinan suelos típicos de las masías catalanas, paredes de piedra vista, vigas de madera, techos con bóveda catalana de ladrillo, materiales naturales y muebles de época, con objetos y complementos contemporáneos, una cuidada iluminación, WIFI de alta velocidad (fibra óptica a 300MB), chimeneas modernas y calefacción central en todas las estancias.

En la Capsa de Llum hemos creado diferentes espacios tanto para compartir en grupo con la familia o los amigos, como para desconectar. Disponemos de:

LA LUDOTECA (O HABITACIÓN INFANTIL)

Una habitación pensada especialmente para los peques de la familia, con una cuidad selección de libros, juguetes y materiales para dibujar.

LA SALA DE CINE Y BILLAR

Una habitación con un billar americano, y con una pantalla de 52" y un equipo de dolby surround para disfrutar del mejor cine.

EL COMEDOR

Un luminoso comedor con una gran mesa.

EL SALÓN

Un salón con cómodos sofás, libros y una estufa de leña.

EL RECIBIDOR (O SALA POLIVALENTE)

Un gran espacio diáfano de 35m2 que podrás usar para lo que quieras: desde practicar yoga en grupo o leer, hasta montar nuestro scalextric.

LA COCINA

Una cocina acogedora y bien equipada (con fogones a gas, horno eléctrico, lavavajillas, microondas, etc.)

Una luminosa galería, ideal para desconectar.

EL SOLARIUM

Una gran terraza para tomar el sol, darte una ducha al aire libre, admirar el campanario de la Iglesia milenaria del pueblo, y los campos y montañas que lo rodean, y al caer la noche, mirar las estrellas.

EL JARDÍN

La parte de atrás de la casa da a un bonito jardín de 200m2, con césped y numerosos árboles. Incluye una zona habilitada para comer con barbacoa, una mesa de ping-pong, una hamaca, una piscina y un columpio para los más peques.

LOS BAÑOS

Tres baños completos: dos con bañera y ducha (uno de ellos perteneciente al dormitorio "La Petite Suite"), y uno con ducha.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
