Quiet and peaceful, the well -equipped apartment ( with WIFI), is located just five minutes drive from the nearest beach. at Vera Playa. It is also close to Mojacar Playa, the colourful fishing port of Garrucha, the iconic Mojacar pueblo, the country town of Vera and many more places of interest. A water park is within five minutes drive with go -karts less than ten minutes away. There are three golf courses nearby. For dining al fresco there are supermarkets nearby and easy access to all amenities and many excellent restaurants.

The apartment benefits from access to 2 outdoor pools, both with shallow ends and separate paddling pools. Both pools are fenced in and supervised by a lifeguard. There are also children's play areas as well as free access to table tennis, tennis and paddle courts.The indoor spa has a heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna,steam room, water jet circuit and fitness area and is open from October until May.

Leading from the living room is a terrace with beautiful garden and mountain views. Furnished with table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double and one twin the apartment is ideal for families or couples.

1.We do not rent to anyone attending the music festival at Villaricos.
2. Please do not feed cats that visit the complex.
3. At the end of your stay guests must return the keys to our keyholder who checks the apartment for damage before you leave. This ensures a swift return of your damage deposit.
4. For arrivals after 20.00 hours and on Sundays there is an additional charge of 10 euros for 'meet and greet' payable to the keyholder on arrival.
5. Please turn off AC when leaving the apartment.

Why can't I call Vivien (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Vivien (the owner) a message.

If Vivien (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
