Exclusivo ático dúplex en Residencial en el municipio de Vera Playa (Almería) a 2 minutos andando del Playazo de Vera junto a la laguna de Puerto rey.

Completamente nuevo, está totalmente equipado y decorado con detalle, el apartamento se haya dispuesto en dos plantas;

1. En la primera planta (se accede por un tramo de unas 12 escaleras sin ascensor) se encuentra la zona habitable: baño completo con bañera y secador de pelo, dormitorio con cama de 150cm y armario empotrado, cocina totalmente equipada y salón comedor con sofa cama Smart TV 43" con HBO Netflix, Disney Plus y Amazon Video.

Toda la planta noble dispone de aire acondicionado mediante conductos Mitsubishi...

2. En el segunda planta (se accede por una escalera de caracol desde una puerta lateral del salón) se haya (de uso privado) el jacuzzi para 4 personas (calefactable hasta 40ºC con suplemento en temporada de primavera, otoño e invierno de 10€ dia) ) y el solarium con muebles de jardín y con vistas la piscina lago comunitaria.

3. El apartamento se completa con una plaza de garaje privada de grandes dimensiones a la que se accede por unas escaleras de la zonas comunes muy próximas a la entrada del apartamento.

Entre las zonas comunes destaca una preciosa piscina lago de grandes dimensiones ( operativa de mediados de junio a mediados de septiembre) y un pequeño vaso de chapoteo para los más pequeños. El acceso al playazo de Vera, se realiza desde una puerta lateral de la urbanización a 3 minutos andando de la playa junto a la Laguna de Puerto Rey.

Si bien existen muchos apartamentos disponibles, este probablemente destaca por su impecable equipación, su decoración que te hará sentir como en casa, la excelente ubicación al no tener vecinos delante sino que dispone de maravillosas vistas a la piscina lago de gran amplitud, y por su fantástico solárium donde disfrutar con amigos o familiares.

    How do damage deposits work?
