Vence, ideally located in the District of Ara, 10 min walk from the historical old town and bus station, views of the Valley of the Malvan and the sea, with a south/southwest exposure; We welcome you all year round in this elegant T1 within our 'life' there.

The apartment consists of: - a kitchen - living/bedroom - bathroom - balcony - a terrace at the entrance.

FACILITIES and SERVICES: The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a hob with Extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The bathroom consists of a bath, a washbasin Cabinet, WC, heated towel, hairdryer and ironing.

The lounge has a sofa bed (rapid opening) in 140 of comfort, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and TV.

The apartment is heated electrically and reversible air conditioning.

Bed linen provided.
