From the owner

Our villa is situated in a quiet private domain of 5 villas. It has a light and airy feel, due to the high ceiling in the main living area. It was completely refurbished in 2014 /5 and has air conditioning / heating throughout. The outside of the property has a private heated pool 8 by 4m and parking for two cars. The grounds have been completely re landscaped and were completed in December 2015. Outdoor dining furniture and sun loungers are all at the property for your use.

Enjoy the unspoiled views of the mountains, whilst relaxing on the patio area at the top of the garden, or relax around the pool at the back of the house. There is a covered outdoor dining area for 8 people, with a large Outback Gas barbecue.

The house has a south orientation.

The house is a 10 minute walk into Valbonne,a beautiful Provence village which has a wonderful square of restaurants and shops. You can walk across the countryside ( map provided in Villa) or along well lit pavements.

There are 3 main car parks in Valbonne all within a short walk to the main square.

Valbonne has a number of shops including an exquisite butcher,greengrocers, delicatessen and a number of patisseries and bakeries.

Valbonne is a 25 minutes’ drive to Nice Airport and the beaches of Cannes, Antibes, and Juan les Pins are all within a 25 minute drive.

It is a 5 minutes’ drive to many golf courses.

The villa sleeps six, in two of the bedrooms we have two single beds each. you can join them if you wish to make a large King.

The property is suitable for children over 5 years of age, and others that are supervised at all times around a pool, and in the garden which has a raised area.

Conditions:

The pool is normally available between May and September.

Please read the booking contract prior to placing a booking as it is a condition that it is signed and returned to us once you have booked.

Why can't I call Jacqui (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jacqui (the owner) a message.

If Jacqui (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
