Very charming 2-storey Provencal house in a private residence (Val d'Azur) with guardian in between the 2 well-known villages of Biot and Valbonne, 15 minutes away from the sea of Antibes, Cannes and the whole Cote d'Azur.

The villa is exposed to the south in a very calm position with its own garden and swimming pool. Very calm neighborhood, no face2face in the garden.

Ground floor: very large bedroom (with double bed, its own bathroom, separate shower and tub in the bathroom), and all necessary space for clothes.

Very large living room and spacious kitchen with washing machine, dish washer, 2 fridges, 1 freezer; all recently renewed with clear parquet and modern lighting. Large TV set (french + Astra channels + Netflix+ Amazon Prime Video), CD/DVD reader with 5-way Hi-Fi system.

First floor: second comfortable bedroom with double bed, and private bathroom with shower and tub. Third room has a bed 130 cm wide. A fourth room/office has a folding bed. A baby chair and baby cot are available.

Large swimming pool and 3 tennis courts available in the residence (rackets available in the villa). 2 bikes available for use.

A supermarket, pharmacy and other shops are within walking distance from the house.

Large choice of restaurants and shops in the nearby villages of Biot and Valbonne (5 min drive).

Few bus lines also provide transportation to main sites around

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stefano (the owner) a message.

If Stefano (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
