Welcome to one of the most beautiful destinations in Mexico! This place is ideal for couples, families or groups up to 6 people. The Villa is ideally located inside the luxury housing development of Aldea Zama, between the town and the spectacular beaches along the Caribbean Sea.

The contemporary furnished property is spread out over 2 levels and in addition has a spacious roof terrace, in total an area of 135 sq. meters (1450 sq. ft). Private parking right outside the enterance, as well as public parking outside the main entrance.

On the 1st level you find the main entrance, living/dining room connected to a private terrace, a half bath and a spacious kitchen incl. island with 8 chairs.

On the 2nd level there are 2 x double luxurious bedrooms with great views, each with complete private bathrooms. The bedrooms both have a double bed. In addtion there is a sofa bed in one of the bedrooms and in the living room.

On the top you will find a spacious private rooftop terrace with a grill. This area offers the prefect place to enjoy the sunset or lounge away the afternoon in the shade of the pergola. Next to the terrace there is a laundry room.

The villa is fully furnished and we provide bed linen, towels (also for the beach/pool). All rooms has individual air-conditioning and wifi coverage.

Guest have full access to the villa as well as access to 2 private pools in the common áreas. Also a palapa with Barbeque área.

At arrival you will be met by Daniela who is a local and lives in the área. She will show you around the villa and explain how everything works. She speaks perfect English and knows the area very well, and is more than happy to help you with reservations for tours or restaurants, transportation or any other requests you may have before or during your stay.
