Welcome in our villino fully surrounded by a lush mediterranean greenery, in the heart of Tropea, only a few paces from the beaches and with any services just behind the corner. Cozy loft in Art Nouveau Villa that can accommodate up to 4 people inside an ancient Art Noveau Villa built in the 1800 and recently remodeled. Full access to a private Mediterranean garden that offer an outdoor kitchen, barbecue and outside shower which is magical after a day at the beach. Equipped of all comfort and additional outdoor kitchen and amenities, full access to garden with outdoor kitchen, barbecue and shower surrounded by a stunning greenery!

Ideal for culture-interested tourists and people being excited about immediately taking part in the hustle and bustle of one of southern Italy's most beautiful coastal towns. Also well accessible on foot – via stairs directly down from the centro storico – is within 0,4 km the fine sandy beach “della Rotonda”. It is situated picturesquely between the pilgrimage church “Madonna dell'isola”, enthroned on a sand-stone rock towering above the sea, and the town centre.

Our villino it is located only a few paces from the historic centre of Tropea, to get the centre of attraction at the Capo Vaticano it take 10 minutes by car or local train.

In front of a tastefully furnished holiday house on the rear side of the villa you find a beautifully laid-out garden.

The apartment is equipped with modern built-in kitchen, on the ground floor of the apartment there is a kitchen-cum-living room a bathroom with shower/WC/bidet. Also on a spiral staircase you access the elegant sleeping gallery with double bed.

Downstairs a comfortable double sofa offers another 2 sleeps. (King size bed and a pull out sofa queen bed )

The kitchen-cum-living room is equipped with modern built-in kitchen, double sleeping couch and TV satellite. Wi-FI internet connection available.

The garden has a large, partly roofed, terrace which offers a washing machine, a stone grill (barbecue) and also an outdoor kitchen.

The nearest shops are literally around the corner. Interesting for train travellers: Tropea's train station is only 500 m away. Motorists may park their vehicle on one of the parking spots on the street in front of the house.
