Large holiday home wrapped in the vineyards of Langhe is an ideal setting for all ages to enjoy. The property consists of two apartments (door to door), with a full occupancy of up to 13 people. The first apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms while the second one has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both with a kitchen, a dining room, a balcony and a plenty of local charm, smart TV.

Private parking, free wifi and all the major amenities merge with a relaxing location to maximise your stay with refined comfort and practicality. The area boasts famous vines (Barolo, Barbaresco), fine cuisine, lyrical landscapes and Alba white truffels mecca.

THE SPACE

The unique draw of this house is a truly traditional interior, much like the whole experience provided here for our guests. The moment you enter the place, a rustic living room, a dining area, a kitchen and a separate fireplace set the ambience just right for a relaxing holiday. Two covered terraces.

Cà dër Forn: a rather quick climb upstairs, reveals two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a long balcony overlooking the verdant countryside.

Cà dra Tòpia: On the second floor, you will find two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a long balcony featuring panoramic countryside views.

Both apartments have fireplaces.

In accordance with the Italian health regulations relating to COVID-19, a certified contract was signed with a specialized company for the sanitization of all rooms in the house

We stayed in the Grape House for a week. A beautiful house, fully equipped with everything we needed. We want to give Giovanna a big compliment. The house is beautifully decorated, we had more than enough towels and linen. But most important: the house couldn’t be cleaner. We enjoyed the wonderful views and the peace. Thank you for the great holiday we had in this beautiful place. Thanks to you dear guests! This summer I was very lucky: all kind, correct and cordial guests, beautiful evenings on the terrace looking at the stars and the lights of the villages on the opposite hills, of course, enjoying excellent wines from the Langhe.
