Butterfly Hill Villa & Studio Apartment is a private secluded property with over 2.5 acres of beautiful gardens overlooking the Caribbean Sea!

We recently added a large infinity pool, deck and outdoor bar!

The central kitchen/living room in the villa opens up to a large covered veranda with an amazing view and a gentle sea breeze! The rooftop patio provides a stunning view of the ocean and Billy's Bay Beach which is shared only with local fishermen and a few other properties. Direct beach access is only steps away t the end of our driveway.

Main villa offers 4 bedrooms all with ensuite. Our Studio Apartment on the upper level (via stairs) offers 1 queen bed, ensuite bathroom, kitchen and private balcony.

Villa accommodates 8 people and Studio 2 people - max 10 guests. For groups of 6 or more you will have the studio as part of your rental.

Off-site staff include Chef/Housekeeper, 2nd Cook/Housekeeper and Caretaker.

Breakfast and Dinner meals can be prepared daily by our chef at no additional cost. Staff can also pick-up your groceries before arrival for a small fee. Receipts will be provided...just reimburse staff for food/beverage costs. Prices will vary depending on your food preferences however a good estimate is $30-40US/day/adult and $15-20/day/child. Staff gratuity NOT included in rental but it is customary to tip 15% of your rental costs.

Our staff will be there to welcome you upon arrival, provide your keys and go over any details and/or questions to ensure you have a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our chef can prepare both breakfast and dinner daily.....unless of course you wish to venture out to one of the nearby restaurants. Cost of food not included. You may bring your own groceries or our chef can get them before your arrival. Receipts will be provided ($50 additional fee for grocery shopping) Please advise if any dietary restrictions so our staff can plan accordingly for your arrival.

Why can't I call Nicolette (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nicolette (the owner) a message.

If Nicolette (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
