What a peaceful place AND with an amazing view of the nearby forest valleys.

This is the place to stay if you are looking for a relaxing, undisturbed holiday close to Tourrettes sur Loup village.

The house itself is tastefully decorated with a homely feeling. It is on three levels with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a separate toilet.

As you enter the house, there is a nice semi-open fully equipped kitchen with immediate access to the inside dining area.

A few steps down, you’ll find the living room with a nice fireplace to enjoy on colder evenings.

The Master bedroom with a 150 x 200 cm bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower, is also on the ground floor, when walking a few steps down from the dining area. On this level there is also a separate toilet as well as a laundry room with washing machine.

The two other double bedrooms are on the upper level, so walking up a few steps from the dining area. One bedroom, with a 180 x 200 cm bed, enjoys an uninterrupted view of the forests below and the other bedroom, with a 160 x 200 cm bed, is north facing, so nice and cool.

There is one bathroom to share on this level.

The outside area is as enjoyable as the inside with several terraces allowing a choice of sun or shade. You will find a dining table for outside lunches and sun beds near the pool, a table tennis table and a big terraced garden to explore, and all this with the amazing views of the nearby valleys and Bar sur Loup village.

This is the perfect place for nature lovers.

Please note that a cleaning fee of 175 euros is to be paid on arrival together with a linen hire fee of 35 euros per person per week, which includes bathroom towels and mats, pool towels and tea towels.

Being on different levels, with a steep garden and lots of steps and uneven surfaces, the property is not suitable for young children.

Note also that the owners love their cats and bring them with them on their frequent stays. This is mentioned for the benefit of allergy sufferers.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
